Pool /hot tub closed … very annoyingAfter hour check-in was extremely confusing, directions, address to Condo should be included in the text message.Overall, nice condo, had all the amenities - top bed Sheets very stiff.

When shared amenities are unavailable we try to update the listing and pre-arrival messages, and I’ll follow up with the HOA/maintenance to reduce surprise closures. I also apologize for the confusing after‑hours check‑in. I’ve asked our team to include clear directions and the condo address in the check‑in text so that information is available even outside office hours. Finally, sorry the top sheets felt stiff — I’ve passed that to housekeeping so they can check the linens and make adjustments (fabric softener or replacement) going forward. Thanks again for the feedback, and we hope to welcome you back.
