The communication from their team was great, the home was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. There was also prompt responses to the fixable issues.The pool and pool table were great touches as well as the complimentary bikes and cornhole game. However, there were some very disturbing things that I must address. Teenager roaches were rampant throughout the kitchen, stairs and some bathrooms. For such a large house with many rooms and beds, there were limited linens and sheets. There was also much wear and tear on the furniture and the sofas so they need to be upgraded or covered with new covering. The TVs are also much too small for the size of the rooms. It looked like a 37" in the living room area and 13" to 20" in the massive bedrooms. The distance from the sofas to the TV was too far for the size TVs that were there. Especially in the master bedroom. We made the best of it and still had a good time as it is a beautuful and spacious house.

Rental was easy. Blinds missing from windows, dishwasher broke upon arrival, pool table awful no unbroken que sticks. Bolt missing from toilet, towel rack missing, balcony door ajar. Pool had bad spots on bottom. Drawer broken. Pictures deceiving.

The beach was beautiful

The house accommodated my group but the house is in need of several repairs and painting. The light over the kitchen table is not centered. The upstairs laundry room is not ventilated mold on the ceiling. The shower door in the bedroom on the second floor did not close. Sofa downstairs was very nasty needs to be replaced. Chair in the main area was peeling needs to be replaced. The pillow on the furniture on the balconies needs to be replaced. Pool table needs to be replaced it was awful. The thermostat to the a/c unit upstairs was not connected. It was 64 degrees upstairs we had to turn the unit off to warm upstairs. The vent in the bathroom on the third floor not working. Paint peeling on kitchen cabinets. Refrigerator doors on the French door refrigerator did not close properly.

Huge house

We had a great week. There are so many beds in this house and we loved to quick walk to the beach. The umbrellas with chairs were awesome!

Beautiful Home

Terrific home! Only complaint was the pool. They couldnt seem to get it right but I think they were changing cleaning companies . It was usable but only really clean 1 of the 7days we were there . Other than that it was a very comfortable well furnished home with plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!!

Clean nice place to stay

The house was clean when we arrived. It was a short walk to the beach. We had a lot of kids with us and it was completely manageable with wagons. We had an issue with the pool at one point (I understand those things happen not a big deal) and someone came out to fix it right away. Also, The company was very responsive when I was charged incorrectly and the promptly fixed the issue. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful but won't go back

We absolutely loved the property, it's beautiful actually but when we arrived the place was very dirty and we had to call the owner to get the place cleaned up before we entered the home.. I'm still waiting to hear back from the homeowner as he was supposed to let me know how he could reimburse me because the pool table in the home was trash!!!! We couldn't even play a game of pool on it, there were holes in the table

Awesome Location!

We were so impressed with the location and size of this home! The walk to the beach is short, maybe two blocks. Once you arrive, the beach is private and only allows for a single row of chairs to be setup. This was very comforting for us immediately following COVID lockdowns. There are restaurants in walking distance both directions down the beach. We had a few issues that were very quickly resolved. The fridge on the main floor went out completely while we were there. I submitted an emergency order with the management company and someone was there within 2 hours to fix the issue. The other thing I would warn parents about are the locks. The lock to the pool gate is broken. There is also no way to lock the door of the house from the inside. This was pretty worrisome for us because we had two young children (4 & 6) sleeping on the first floor. The lock on the door from the inside would have made us feel better about the fact the kids couldn't just wander outside to the pool if they woke up. We made it work for this but would be great to have that addressed in the future. Overall, really awesome stay!! Would come back and stay in this house in a heart beat!

We just stayed for labor day weekend 8/28-9/1 2019. We did have a few thing that need looking at. The shower heads in some of the rooms needed changing. The dishwashers one leak and the other didn't wash very well, the ice box leak at one point. Nothing major but need to be address to me. We would stay again if these thing were fix.

This place is awesome, we really enjoyed a lot. One issue was We had a very good time. One issue we faced was the floor tiles entering the building. It was very slippery due to the rain. There are no mats outside to cover the floor, 5 people fell on floor due to wet floor. Also thee are no mats in the kitchen and other door entrances.

Bad experience

For the amount of $ the place was filthy and not in good condition. Needed quite a bit of deferred maintenance. Found dead roaches, live ants, mold and mildew on shower floors. Balcony dirty and furniture stained. Sheets and comforts stained. Bed linen quality poor. It sounds like sour grapes but over multiple stays on the gulf have never written a negative review

Amazing Week

We had a wonderful week at Best Kept SeaCret. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 27. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Having two refrigerators and dishwashers was great. The swimming pool was wonderful and was warm when we arrived. A couple of minor issues. The washing machine downstairs and the dryer upstairs didn’t work very well. We called about the dryer and were told someone would come look at it, but no one ever showed up. Also, the outside ice maker didn’t work. With such a large group, we had to use coolers, so having an ice maker would have been convenient. These issues did not ruin our stay by any means, they were just inconveniences. All in all, it was a wonderful week in a wonderful house with friends and family.

spacious house, close to the beach with a nice pool and pool table

The management company, specifically the owner of the management company, went out of his way to make sure we were happy and informed on the house amenities and the area. We opted to add pool heat for our November stay as well as a golf cart to the rental package in order to visit local restaurants. There is a nearby public beach parking lot by Pompano Joes which made it easy for use to take all of our fish gear and stuff to the beach in the golf cart. Thanks for making it a great family holiday!

Great House and Great Location

Access/directions to the house were easy and clear, communication with Beach Reunion was prompt. The house was clean, HUGE, and contained everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms for our 21 guests and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics. Although the pool was small (including depth), it served our needs. With a couple initial issues (very minor), the handyman was prompt and quick to respond: items were all corrected. Thx for a great time for our family get together.

Great space indoor and out. Lacking some maintenance, cleaning needs.

Nice size rooms. Great family space for eating and playing games. We all loved the outdoor spaces. We did have some issues with the overflow spa and were given incorrect information by two maintenance workers before a third showed up and said there was actually an issue with the filters and he actually fixed it instead of making up reasons why it wasn’t working properly. The overall cleanliness was fine. While understandably being near a beach sand will get everywhere but it didn’t appear the floors had been mopped as the bottoms of our feet were black by the end of the first day and we had not been walking barefoot outside.

LOVED THIS HOUSE! –

The “Moore the Merrier” annual family reunions have voted the Beach Reunion homes our number one choice for vacationing! Our concierge was available to us every day (Carrie) in both the Venetian Palace and the Aurora. Carrie is always so accommodating and high spirited and you can tell she is passionate about what she does! It’s always a pleasure working with her! This year (June 2017), we celebrated a 70th birthday, "white attire" celebration at the house AND a wedding on the beach. This year we required two houses to accommodate our extended family and friends. The Venetian Palace and the Aurora were right across the street from each other! I found both homes beautifully decorated but I will focus my comments on the Aurora. This 8 bedroom home, sleeps at least 23-25 people, the private swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect in the front of the home, providing an awesome alternative to the beach. When it was time to go to the beach, it was a 5 min walk within two blocks from the private beach entrance. The layout of the home accommodated all ages for indoor activities. The ground floor provided access to restroom, a refrigerator and even provided access to a large pool table! The large kitchen on the main floor was able to accommodate seating for a brunch for both houses! The large table, kitchen bar, balcony seating or the living room area was perfect for our meal times. Although you don’t was much television on vacation, every room provide a flat screen TV and most rooms had a private bath. I was the party planner for the “white party” and prior to our arrival Carrie provided a list of recommendations for local vendors, caterers, suppliers planning, logistics, and, she allowed us ship our supplies prior to our arrival! Carrie even provided the proper mailing instructions to ensure she was able to delivery our boxes to either houses. Carrie played a huge role in the success of our special events! Thank you again, Carrie! We will definitely return to Beach Reunion homes and our new guests this year are already planning to join us next year! I highly recommend you call Carrie, at the Beach Reunion homes for THE BEST VACATION EXPERIENCE, EVER!

Great Family Vacation Home

We spent a wonderful Labor Day weekend at Aurora. This is the perfect home for a large family. We had 16 adults and 4 kids. The home is spacious enough for privacy but provides enough common space for family time. The teenagers really enjoyed having the 4th floor tower area with bunk beds and their own balcony.The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and enough utensils for cooking large meals. The private beach is a simple short walk and we really enjoyed having our beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us everyday. We rented a golf cart and that was the best decision ever! The community allows for utilizing the golf cart to make the short trip to the grocery store and other shops in the area. The locals are very friendly. We would definitely consider returning to Aurora for our annual family vacation.
