Our condo is situated on Holiday Isle which is the perfect central location to do it all in Destin. You are on a secluded isle with perfect uncrowded beaches but only 3 minutes from Hwy 98 and everything Destin has to offer.
Five minutes to Destin Harbor and the fun of all the boats, shops and restaurants.
The best snorkeling in the area is just a short walk down the beach by the east Jetty where the tourist boats bring customers but you can relax there for free.
The Destin Sands Outlet Mall is only 8 miles away and Destin Commons is also just a short 5 minute drive down Hwy 98.
Virtually any type of store and restaurant from Bass Pro to Starbucks and everything in between are within a short drive.
For those wanting to see Okaloosa Island you are just minutes from the bridge and 10 minutes from the fun on Fort Walton Beach.
Any type of restaurant you could want is close by if you decide to venture out or stay in and take advantage of our three high end stainless grills overlooking the Gulf. Big Kahuna Waterpark is also minutes away as is miniature golf. For adults we offer Tennis and Shuffleboard onsite and many golf courses closeby.
30A also is just down the coast for a fun day of exporing in Seaside and Rosemary Beach or keep on going and head to the pier in Panama City Beach an hour to the south.
We searched from Okaloosa Island to Panama City Beach and everything in between when looking for the perfect spot and are certain you'll agree Holiday Isle is it. The serenity and beauty of Okaloosa Island coupled with the fun of Destin but you're much closer here on the Isle.
Now with our newly renourished beaches you can have a top notch resort in the heart of Destin and still with an hour of an International airport.

About: We are a happy christian family of five that purchased this private retreat for our faimly, church family, friends and guests. We were highschool and college sweethearts and have been together now for more than half our lives. At home we are extremely busy with work and activities for our three outstanding young children. We are the epitomy of normal, we both work demanding jobs as pharmacists and strive to do our best for our patients everyday. Because of this, we wanted a place to relax and unwind with our kids. The kind of place where time stands still and you can leave your watch at home. We absolutely love Florida and having a family retreat for us to share has been a dream for us. Most importantly we want to show our children how important it is to take time out and stay connected with eachother and having this place we hope will allow us to keep doing that as they grow older.
Why Destin, FL, USA:
Living in St. Louis we wanted a vacation home within a one day drive and lucky for us one of the best beach communities in the country is just 12 hours away. We love the hometown feel of Destin and how family friendly it is. During our recent home search we evaluated properties from rowdy Panama City Beach, to 30A, through Destin and then on to Fort Walton Beach. In all we looked at about 50 properties in our price range but in the end absolutely fell in love with the Aegean. From the time we saw the unique architecture of the Aegean and terrific layout of the complex we new it was the one. Lucky for us, the most private and secluded unit in the entire complex was for sale. Our unit was still in the original owners family as are many of the Aegean units stil today. To us this speaks to how unique and family friendly the Aegean is. This unit sits directly on the beach, the best of true gulf front living, you can't be any closer to the sugar sand and emeral green waters.
We love the expansive patio, one of biggest I've ever seen with a condo and the fact that you can walk right off it onto the sand and beach without ever having to go into a building or mess with an elevator or stairs is a huge plus.
Our unit is over 1500 sq ft with a huge living space and new kitchen. The bedrooms are also very large letting everyone have some space.
