Guests can enjoy amenities like an outdoor furnished patio with BBQ, Wood burning FirePit and lounge chairs, washing/drying machine, Central Air, Heating, WiFi, Printer, TV, Available Beach accessories and more. An extra Den room available for use. Driveway Parking for 3 Cars with additional parking on the street available. Enjoy your time in Lake Como/Belmar at our Bright and Newly Renovated Beach House.

Please take trash out to bins outside and empty fridge. Do not leave any items for us: ex. Alcohol we dispose of everything.
Turn off lights and lock doors. Make sure propane gas tank is OFF in the grill and fire pit is out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not accept third party bookings
You are responsible for any damages to the house caused by you or your guests.. Do not disturb quiet and peace of neighbors
All fridge itmes to be emptied and garbage disposed into trash bins outside upon check out

Weekend stay down the shore

This house was perfect for our weekend trip with friends! The property was beautiful and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Location was also great and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Agata was a great host and was super responsive answering all of my questions. Would definitely book again!

The house is beautiful! Newly renovated, host was very nice and great communication. About a 10 minute walk from beach and Djais area, close to Bar A. Beds in the house were very comfortable. Backyard is very nice and put together with a fire pit. Host includes a beach chair and umbrellas. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful house!!!

What a beautiful house!!! Everything is new!!! Backyard was perfect for grilling and sitting around the fire pit. Extra parking was a nice bonus after a long day at the beach!!!

Clean and updated.

House was great. Close to everything to do, including beach. House was nicely renovated and updated and very clean. Hosts were very responsive. Overall, easy and pleasurable experience. We were visiting a friend who lives near by and will likely choose this property again if we return.

Our stay was great, the home was easy to access, and had two designated parking spots off the street. Host communication was good and the home was very clean. Was awesome to have beach chairs, umbrella, and lots of beach towels for our use during the stay. Easily walkable to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants.
