About this property

Newly renovated kitchen! 2 weeks left in summer!

A beautifully restored 20th Century home within easy walking distance to beach, train, and town all within 5 minute walk. A bright house with a large front porch and side patio for grilling. The first floor is a great room including kitchen, family and dining areas and a movie theater with 120" screen. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor all with king beds and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor both have 2 twin beds great for kids or adults. Comes with 4 beach passes as well. The house is on a corner that overlooks the bay area that comes in from the ocean.

For the additional sleepers we have 2 queen air beds.

We do supply linens and towels.

W e do ask for 7 day rentals Sat-Sat during July and August months.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was awesome and Nick was a great host. The only thing that did throw me off was the listing stated the house sleeps 14. It actually has 5 bedrooms and has beds for 10 people with 2 queen blow up mattresses. Also, they have an awesome media room which is definately another bedroom if needed. This house is PERFECT, for a large family or group and location is PRIME!

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing and Unprofessional I had a terrible experience with Kelly and her group. They left my house an absolute mess after they were done — completely unprofessional and careless. It looked like they rushed through the job and didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. I expected a higher level of respect for my home and attention to detail, but instead I was left with more work to do. I would not recommend them to anyone who values cleanliness or professionalism. If you’re looking for someone to leave your house looking like a scene from a disaster movie, Kelly and her crew are your people. They managed to turn a simple job into a full-on mess — dust, dirt, and chaos everywhere. It’s almost impressive how little care they took. I honestly can’t tell if they were working or hosting a mud-wrestling match. Save yourself the headache (and the mop) and hire literally anyone else.

This property is located in proximity to ocean, great dinning, shopping, fishing, and in our case close to family.Being from Tennessee we don't get to see our New Jersey relatives as often as we would like. This property was perfect.

Long weekend getaway with friends - early November

The stay was perfect. We had 8 people in all (4 adults and 4 kids), and had plenty of room. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great too - right in the middle of Manasquan, right next to a huge park for the kids to play in.
