Come stay in our home away from home! We want to share our happy place with you! Ideal for close family experiences and fun. Inside, you'll find a cozy, bright living space, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and surf. Easy access to a heated pool straight out front of the condo.

The first 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and plenty of storage for your clothes. One queen bedroom offers a half bath ensuite and balcony access. The other two bedrooms have ample closet and dresser space to unpack and relax.
Enjoy playing cards or dining at the dining table or lounge in the living room looking outside the windows at the street life. Front balcony is a great place to relax with a morning coffee or a cold beverage in the evenings.
Our guests will have full access to the condo.
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details.
We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the front door! We are real people with real jobs just like you!

We HIGHLY recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to protect all travel plans in case unforeseen circumstances arise and disrupt your trip.
EXTRAS supplied for your reservation:
- Basic amenities starter pack: 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, dish soap, a sponge, hand soap, and some laundry detergent to get you started. If you need more for a longer stay, you will be able to find everything you need at the local grocery a few minutes from the condo.
- All bed linens and blankets are provided for beds.
- Bath towel set per person included: 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 2 hand towels in each bathroom. (We do not supply beach towels so we suggest bringing your own or they can be purchased locally as a souvenir.)
-We supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
-Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
-Camera is located above the front door, facing away from the inside of the apartment. It does not record 24/7. It is only motion activated and will record audio/visual once there is movement. It will stop recording when movement has stopped. Camera is not reviewed or monitored unless there is an emergency or damage to review. Our lives are very busy, therefore we have zero interest in watching you on camera.
-Our condo is located in a lively neighborhood with families nearby and in other units of the building. You may occasionally hear noise coming from the other units including children playing, throughout the day, for your comfort we have supplied earplugs. Please consider this when booking if you prefer a quieter environment.
-Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
THE RED TAPE:
- QUIET TIME 10:00pm
- 6 Human Max
- Parking Pass Required
- No pets per HOA. Unauthorized animals caught on property will result in a $500 fine.
- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart unless is it a cause for concern.
- No late check-out or early check-in without 24 hours written consent notice. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/mother nature/bugs/neighbors and neighborhood activity or other things that are beyond our control. Again, we highly recommend travel insurance to protect you and us from unforeseen circumstances that may arise and disrupt your trip.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
