This top, 3rd floor, unit is appointed with a soft, pastel beach decor and is highlighted by a huge skylight over the dining area, offering a bright and inviting atmosphere. Also, being on the top floor eliminates having noise above, which is important to some guests. Whether you enjoy breakfast on the screened living room deck, capturing the view of the ocean or enjoy relaxing after a day at the beach, your expectations of a dream vacation will have been complete. Located across Shore drive, you’re just steps away from enjoying a day at the beach or relaxing at the spacious pool facilities behind our building. It includes pavilions, grills and everything you need to enjoy outdoor cooking with family and friends, plus a play area for the little vacationers. Also enjoy a second pool located right before entering the beach.
The master bedroom is equipped with queen size bed, private bath (shower), TV and balcony with ocean/beach view. The guest room also has also a queen size bed with TV
and 1/2 bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and TV. There is a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway.
Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen, grilling by pool or eating out in one of the many restaurants as we are located within minutes of the famous ‘restaurant row’.
There is free WiFi, DVD player.
Towels and linens are provided at no charge.

This location is a bit dated in decor but the location is just a short walk to the beach, a short drive to Kings HWY with a lot of food and activity options. The pool area was nice. Overall, a nice stay.

Wonderful location to the beach, shopping and activities. Owners were very nice, quick to respond and really cared about you enjoying your stay. The only reason I didn't give a 5/5 rating was the screen door being broken to patio in master bedroom.

Great location, great place to stay, great people to rent from makes for a stress free relaxation vacation. Ocean view, top floor, quiet, clean, everything you can ask for. Would recommend this place to anyone. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Perfect for our needs! Communications with Teresa were great from the beginning. She answered all my questions, had a packet with directions and passed sent to us, checked on during our stay. Checking in was easy and the condo was clean and ready. Location was great, close to everything just across from the beach ( we could see and hear the ocean). Fantastic stay.

Excellent place to stay

A year ago my family decided to go to Myrtle Beach and we found a condo online. The property manager was so easy to work with. The condo was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. The location of the condo was perfect, just across the road from the beach and the pool in the back of the condo was wonderful. Very pleased and ready to book again for next year.

This is a nice little condo with three bedrooms. You can view the beach from across the street. Plenty of room to cook, order in and eat or just sit around and play games. Decent price for summer rates.

Very lovely condo

This condo is tucked away across the street with a tiny ocean view but it’s a short walk to the beach. I loved that the property is code locked from the beach and to all the pools. The condo was quiet lovely and clean. Stocked with anything you may need. Host was super nice and friendly as well :) Definitely keep this one in my favorites for the area.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years with our family and have made many memories. We live up North and coming South, it is such a pleasure to feel the Southern sun. Our children have literally grown up here, year after year, always making it a point to eat at our favorite places and playing miniature golf at the same courses. The memories made such an impact that our daughter and son-in-law have since purchased their own place here on Shore Drive so they can make more memories with our grandkids.

Why they chose this property

We purchased property in this area of Shore Drive as it has always been a favorite with many things to do. So many restaurants have been added over time and so much shopping and entertainment is here to be enjoyed by visitors and our guests. We are close to shopping for daily needs, ie., 24 hour Walmart and large Kroger. It’s just a short drive to the famous Tanger outlets, many boutiques, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach... great places to visit for restaurants, entertainment and shopping.... not to mention golf courses, for it’s what Myrtle Beach has always been known...a lot of miniature golf, too!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is truly a ‘home away from home”. The pastel shades of beach makes it so relaxing and enjoyable and the large skylight with a roof, mini blind, lets all the light in without the hot sun. The skylight has it’s own lighting switch for sitting at the table for your evening meal. You and your guests can mull around the spacious condo doing your own thing while others may want to nap in their private bedroom, or just sit on the deck after a day at the beach with a cold drink, there is no better feeling.
The screened deck has a great view that overlooks the area.
Whether you choose sitting at the beach with a good book, spending the day in the ocean/pool or shopping your heart out, you will make memories that you will never forget.
