About this property

Ocean and Pool view - Feb. and Mar. dates available

Pelican's Landing is located off of Hwy 17 within 5-15 min. of Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Opry, Pirate's Voyage, Alabama Theater, several miniature golf locations, restaurants and more. Popular Ocean Annie's and Flip Flops are within walking distance. The beach is just steps away across the street which is a dead end so little traffic to deal with.

This beautiful newly remodeled condo has 3 BR (PB - Queen bed, 2nd BR - Queen bed, 3rd BR 2 Twin beds) 2 1/2 BA (Primary bath has stand up shower, 2nd bath has full tub/shower and 3rd bath has toilet and sink) We are located on the 3rd floor so our unit has a large skylight, and is also a corner unit so there are 2 additional windows including one with a window seat. There are ceiling fans throughout and central air, Wifi and cable TV. The balcony off of the living room is screened in and there is a separate balcony off of the Primary Bedroom. In the courtyard located by the pool is a play set for the kids and a picnic area. There is a second pool located off the beach which you will have access to also. The washer and dryer is enclosed in the private laundry room located off the screened porch which also serves as storage for beach chairs and sand toys. This unit is conveniently located next to the elevator.

This is a Non-Smoking unit and according to HOA regulations renters must be 25 years of age. Two parking passes will be provided to you during your stay. Also no motorcycles, trailers and pets according to HOA regulations. Bath towels, wash rags and linens are provided. If damages are made to the condo or it's contents during your stay you will be liable up to $250.

We spent the weekend with my daughter and son-in-law to celebrate their anniversary, and it was exactly the getaway we needed. We had such a wonderful time together, and the property was absolutely perfect; truly stellar. If we return in the future, this will be our top choice for a place to stay.

Why they chose this property

Pelican's Landing is located right by many wonderful restaurants, shopping outlets and tourist attractions, but is also by the end of a dead end road so it is quieter and has less traffic which is great for families. We are also located directly across the street from the public access to the beach which is really convenient.
