Ce condominium est OCEANFRONT et sur le coin sud de l'immeuble avec des fenêtres supplémentaires, un puits de lumière et un accès Internet haut débit gratuit!

Le condo est très lumineux, gai et a un thème et des couleurs «Caribbean Beach» partout. Décoré professionnellement il y a quelques années à peine, il possède de nombreuses touches et équipements spéciaux, notamment des téléviseurs dans le salon et toutes les chambres, un lecteur DVD, un wet-bar, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, ainsi qu'un porche grillagé en bord de mer au large du salon et un balcon ouvert près de la chambre principale. En janvier 2015, tous les planchers ont été remplacés par de grands carreaux de porcelaine haut de gamme, la salle de bain principale a été entièrement mise à jour avec une douche en carreaux et une nouvelle vanité et l'intérieur a été entièrement repeint.

Il y a aussi un porche grillagé d'entrée pour ranger vos chaises de plage, flotteurs, etc. Ceci est un condo «sans fumée». Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur de l'unité. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Les draps ne sont pas inclus mais peuvent être loués pour un supplément de 80 $ par semaine.

Pelican's Landing est situé sur Shore Drive et à seulement quelques pas du populaire Ocean Annie's Beach Club et de la jetée de pêche Apache. Il y a des locations de vélos à proximité, deux piscines sur place, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un putting green, des barbecues, une table de pique-nique, des chaises longues au bord de la piscine, deux ascenseurs et des chariots à bagages pour votre commodité.

SUPER ENDROIT!! Barefoot Landing et Broadway At The Beach sont tous deux à proximité ainsi que des restaurants de fruits de mer, Super Wal Mart, Tanger Factory Outlet et le nouveau contournement de Conway (vous feront gagner beaucoup de temps de conduite les jours d'enregistrement et de départ).

Perfect Oceanfront Stay

Robert’s unit is perfect for a family getaway. For the value it doesn’t get much better than this. Robert was an excellent host. The only thing I would have changed about our stay would have been to make it longer!

The location couldn’t have been better! Beautiful views right on the oceanfront! Kitchen could use a few more utensils for cooking but the host said they are updated the kitchen this off season. We will definitely be back!

Location was amazing, right on the beach. Limited pool hours were a disappointing as are the laws regarding purchase of alcohol— no sales after 7pm and none on Sunday.

Great stay!

Rental was very clean. Communication with owner was great, answered emails and calls immediately. Location was great and view from balconies was gorgeous! Rental was stocked well with kitchen supplies, linens and bath towels. Perfect beach location, very quiet area off the main business highway.

This condo location is right on the beach. Screened in balcony was roomy and perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach. Roomy and had everything we needed. Robert was friendly, informative and accessible.

This property is truly oceanfront with unobstructed, beautiful views of the coastline. It has tile flooring throughout and is exceptionally clean. This unit offers covered parking, an elevator and carts to help get your belongings inside. It is clear that Robert takes great pride in his property and I would not hesitate to book with him again. We will definitely be back!

2022 Golf Trip with Old Friends

Robert met us at the Condo & showed us around. Everything was clean & the rooms were organized. We loved sitting on the Deck watching the Ocean after a round of Golf and Dinner at the local Restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. I would rent this property again.

Amazing experience. My family loved it. Landlord was 2nd to none.

This property was very family-friendly and safe. The view from both balconies was breathtaking every day. The side ocean view from the dining table "being an end unit" was a big plus. The beach was very clean and I felt very safe with my wife and kids at the beach while I played every morning in a golf tournament.

We loved this oceanfront condo and the location! A very short walk to the beach and pool! Recommend!

We loved the location, the condo was nice. A few minor updates will make a big difference! We would definitely stay here again! Oceanfront , easy and quick access to the beach and pool! The entry porch to store your chairs and sandy shoes are wonderful and having your own laundry room was also a plus! I would recommend!

Great views at a wonderful location

This condo was as advertised. Clean, well maintained and it being an end unit on the corner, had incredible views of the ocean just outside the door! Loved hearing the waves especially at night. Easy walking distance on the beach to Apache Pier or Ocean Annie’s. Next time we’re in Myrtle Beach, we will definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation! Location is quiet but close to everything. Spacious room n clean- great communication and response with owner. Respectful and friendly. Would love to rent again! You have all you need in the room! Pool was clean and you are steps from Gods great beauty, the waves, the sand, the sunrise n sunsets!

Great location.

The location of the condo is great. It’s very convenient to stores, restaurants and attractions. Very close to Annie’s bar on the beach and the pier. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee and evenings for a nightcap. We were able to watch the storms off the water and some fireworks. Robert was quick to address any issues too.

Great view!

The view was beautiful from both the living room and master suite. Corner lot location was perfect. Loved that the beach is right there! Could not ask for a better location or view! Communication is great with the owner. He always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Spent a week at Pelican Landing. Very nice unit. Especially liked the two balconies to enjoy the ocean view. Communication with owner was exceptional. Would not hesitate to return.

Best vacation ever!

Robert was a fabulous host, only a few minutes away, and he met us personally at check in. The location was perfect, the condo had a deck off the master overlooking the beach as well as a screened in deck off the living room. The rooms were perfect for everyone to have privacy, and while the owner doesn't "provide " beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys...other renters have left them on-hand for everyone to use. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else!

Our Summer Vacation was saved!

Robert was amazing, great communication and helped us out after we found out the place we were suppose to stay at cancelled our stay 3 hours before we to arrive. He saved our vacation! Robert meet us at the condo and went over everything, even said don't hesitate to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. The condo was just as described and the view was amazing. Perfect Location!

Pelican’s Landing condo location was exceptional! Top floor corner unit with a direct beach and ocean view! We enjoyed the short beach stroll to Ocean Annie’s, where we enjoyed live bands and hanging out on the beach most evenings. Parking is available under the building, and carts and elevators were readily available. The property owner met us in-person the day of move-in and provided a tour and instructions. Everything went smoothly during our stay. During the week of July 4th, we enjoyed fireworks and military flyovers with the very best vantage point on the beach and from the condo’s balconies!

Hope to return

Great spot right on the beach and 2 pool options as well. Perfect unit for a getaway on the top corner of the building so it’s peaceful and private (less neighbors), has extra windows on side walls and offers great views of the sun rise and beach off either balcony. Great room layout for mixed groups… everyone gets their own space. Simple kitchen served us well for our week-long stay cooking/eating mostly in the unit. Robert was great at communicating with us and went out of his way beforehand to confirm a specific need was available to us during our stay. Thank you sir and we wish you well until we return! Pure awful!!!!!

Two days into stay , My husband woke up with bed bug bites... We were horrified. We also had Fishy sheet service. ... They didn't even come in a bag like they were professionally done. In the end we got full money back from owner but it was the worse stay of our life.

Renters were immediately refunded their money in full and condo was taken out of service until professional exterminating company completed a full eradication of bugs (receipt of service available upon request). Please read all other reviews. This was the first incident of bugs in condo and they obviously were brought in unknowingly by previous tenants. No complaints of bugs since treatment by professional exterminating company. Also, no other negative reviews concerning linen rentals.

I purchased this condo in September of 2000. I live just a few miles from Pelican's Landing with my 3 sons and we love the beach. We really liked the oceanfront, top floor, corner location of this condo because of the spectacular views and brightness of the interior. Because I live close by I am able to be personally involved on a regular basis with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property to make sure that my guests have a great vacation staying here. I am also a local REALTOR AND A SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE and can offer my services if you are interested in a 2nd home yourself or perhaps you are interested in moving here permanently. Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The Shore Drive area is so convenient to everything including the Tanger Factory Outlet, Super Wal-Mart, the Myrtle Beach Mall and several other smaller shopping areas. Also, there are many fantastic restaurants close by including seafood, Italian & Japanese. The Arcadian Shores Golf Course is also just a couple of miles away as well as the longest fishing pier in SC!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the large screened porch off the living room and open master bedroom balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Also, the extra windows and skylight are a big plus for not making you feel like you're staying in a 'tunnel.' The laundry room with the full size washer and dryer and the adjoining screened back porch are very helpful. My condo is located on the top floor and on the corner at the end of the hallway so you rarely here any noise from other guests staying in the building.
