The house was very clean and fit all of our team wonderfully. Would be a great fit for multiple families too, but we used the house for a multi-day business meeting with 20 of us. We will definitely consider booking here again. The host was very responsive to our questions and very accommodating to our early arrival. The location is very convenient to the grocery and many other shops and attractions.

This house is amazing! The space, the decor, the amenities- words don't describe how perfect it is. We stayed for the week and had 30 people in the house...it NEVER felt like there were that many people. Spacious, lovely. Highly recommend. The host communicated very well - so easy to check in and out. We will be back!

Overall property was good and accommodated our large group nicely. Ensuites for each bedroom was great. Spacious for all of us to watch the Brewers make it to the World Series. Go Brewers! We asked for the pool to be heated, but that did not happen. Towels could be improved, they use a service and they are scratchy.Exterior surroundings were less than desirable, but that is outside of their control. No spices or extras from previous guest so be prepped to buy everything you need. House though worked well and quite in neighborhood after 10pm.

Place was as pictured and well cleaned. Really appreciated the amount of available dishware/silverware for the size of the house. Our large group felt super comfortable in the home. No WiFi issues even with a ton of devices connecting to the internet. Only note is check in is at 5pm which is later than most VRBOs. Not a deal breaker but I didn’t notice this when booking. I understand they may need extra time if someone was staying before but no one was there from when we arrived at 4pm until the automatic code was activated at 5pm.

We loved our stay and it accommodated us well! All the amenities were good (upstairs dryer wasn’t working but we managed just fine. We were a bit surprised that there were not some basic supplies (at least to start) such as toilet paper, dish soap, dish towels and rags, garbage bags,etc.We appreciated our host: always responsive, and in a timely manner. Great communications always took place! Thanks for a very pleasant home in which to vacation. Loved the location, as well!Jan

Fantastic Property

Overall the experience, the property and communication was amazing. The house was brand new and we were the 1st people to rent it. It was very large and we were all very happy to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything about the property was VERY nice. We will be looking into doing this again the next time we are all back down in Orlando for sure.

Big Thank you to our host Elton Oliveira. He has been fantastic communicating with us before, during and after our stay with information, responses to questions within minutes and always very helpful. The house is very big and has plenty of common space while also proving big single rooms and a meeting room, great for big groups with nice big rooms and bathrooms, great beds and a very well stocked kitchen for such huge groups. The outdoor area fits plenty and has tables and seats and chairs and a BBQ, perfect for spending full days outside. The view in the back and front of the house is beautiful, parking is plenty and the daily trash service is super quiet. I would recommend this house to big business or family/friends group!

This is a beautiful home and we would absolutely stay there again. We walked in to the table being set and it was just beautiful. As coworkers staying in the property, the conference room was a great draw. There were a couple things I would do different, but I understand the majority of renters are not corporate. It would be nice if the towels were a better quality. We also had to go and purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels. Those are two little things that would be nice for the home to provide.
