The amenities include: full kitchen, barbecue grill, laundry facility, fully air-conditioned rooms, swimming pool, putting green and all the comforts needed whether on vacation or working from home.
Butler Service available for an additional $300/day.
Chef Service available for an additional $900/day for all meals.
Maximum of 14 adults allowed at property. More adults (18 years and older) than permitted will result in a fine of $5000.
The house comes with 2 gate remotes for guest convenience during your stay. Guest remotes must remain at the property upon check out. A lost guest remote will result in a $300 replacement fee per remote.
