Located in the oceanfront neighborhood of Sapodilla Bay, Vitamin Sea Villa welcomes everyone to experience the joys of Turks and Caicos and Chalk Sound. It is easy to get your feet wet from your own beach and kayak across the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound – the iridescent views of blue will mesmerize you, leaving you with fond memories for a lifetime. The villa has a monitored whole-house alarm system, external and gate cameras not pointing to the pool, as well as an electronic, remote entrance gate.

BOOKING NOTES:
- We rent a minimum of four nights outside of the Holidays and seven nights during Holidays and peak dates.
- Additional charge for more than 8 persons

Besides having your private infinity pool that overlooks the water, the entrance to the sound is ankle-deep, so bring your water shoes. As you go further, the water is about waist-deep and shallow enough to stand comfortably. Swim, snorkel, or wade. Two double and one single kayak, two paddle boards, and pool toys provide fun for family and friends.

A short walk or under a minute drive takes you to the famous Las Brisas Restaurant and, did I say, fish tacos. The sumptuous cuisine at this restaurant makes you want to tattoo its logo on your arm. Really. If you want a more upbeat island vibe, walk to Sapodilla Bay in the daytime to the floating bar, jet skis, and water sports excursions. Chalkies Sports Bar and Grill is a great local spot for food, fun, and games at the entrance to Chalk Sound. ATV rentals right here take you to the western end of the island.

An 18-minute drive takes you to the number one beach in the world, Grace Bay Beach, and the Providenciales International Airport is 20 minutes away.

We had an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos. My friend and I brought our college daughters for a fun weeklong getaway. We were within walking distance to Sapodilla Beach and Las Brisas restaurant (ate there twice). We spent several days over at Grace Bay which was amazing but had to deal with some scary drivers. Leola was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and location

Breathtaking walking into the property. Amazing views. High end. Nice hot tub and pool. Kayak across the sound to be greeted by local iguanas. Across the road is wonderful beach. Go left past the pier if snorkeling and saw octopus, turtle, lobster and swam around old sunken ship. Great service. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic!

We had a great experience with this property and the team. It is in a great location next to Sopadilla Bay with is the perfect beach if traveling with kids. The water and beach front is the Chalk Sound which was great for canoe and paddle boarding, not so much for swimming. House was well stocked and property manager was responsive to anything we needed. We will be coming back!

Best Trip Ever!

Vitamin Sea was a wonderful villa to rent in T&C! Our teens loved the freedom of kayaking and paddle boarding right from the backyard beach. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful Sapodilla beach. The house was spacious, clean and well maintained. There was ample kitchen equipment and in great condition. The management company was responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

Great stay right down the street from Sapodilla!

We had such a wonderful time here with our family for the week. The pool and hot tub were great, the views were amazing. It was nice to have kayaks and a SUP as well. The house was a very short walk to Sapodilla (maybe 4 min with little kids), and we love that beach!! I would say my only ideas to make the stay better would be jugs of water on site rather than having to buy a lot, an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, and this is a big one but the tile on the deck, stairs, and around the pool gets very slippery when wet (so, a lot). Otherwise we loved the house!

Nice house cold pool!

The house was nice & looked like the pictures. PLEASE BE AWARE they charge you for AIR! They also have you put an additional credit card on file when you arrive & the jacuzzi didn’t work at ALL! Ants will be all over anything you leave in the kitchen but other than that the house was beautiful & clean.

Gorgeous modern home with Paradise for a backyard

My wife and I with our 4 older kids stayed at this property for a week. The home is amazing with all amenities. They even provide kayaks and paddleboards that we used to go out into Chalk Sound every morning. And the views! Every room has them. The property manager, Alanzo, was very professional and receptive. The house was very well stocked with all the comforts of home! They even provided a midweek cleaning. I can't say enough about what a great experience my family had staying at this house.

Beautiful Chalk Sound

Property was great - very clean and well maintained. Property manager was awesome - very helpful and easy to get in touch with when issues came up. Plus, she helped to get reservations at a few restaurants. Pool and hot tub are amazing! We used the kayaks and paddle boards daily - even our kids were able to use on the Chalk sound as there aren’t any waves and the wind was calm(er). The Sapodilla beach is a short walk (3 min) but the only down side - it was a busy road so with younger kids, you do have to be on guard while walking. Also, the white tile floor in the house becomes very slick / slippery when wet). Overall, this is a great property - and it is gorgeous inside and out.

Great house, great house manager.

The house is gorgeous, easy to find and has the island vibe we were looking for. Leola the house manager waited for us and was simply wonderful. Not only is she responsive but she’s result oriented. We requested extra fans for the rooms upstairs and within a few hours she delivered two oversized fans. We asked for reservations and she was extremely patient and accommodating with the back and forth about time and availability. The pool felt like it needed a cleaning and she had a pool crew at the house within hours. The house is exactly what was listed- no surprises. The views are incredible, the location is fantastic and a quarter mile from Sepodilla beach. The 4th bedroom is part of the house but it’s on own unit and with a queen bed. The few minor gripes were under powered AC units in the upstairs bedrooms (they cooled plenty but not until it got cooler outside), maybe more shades upstairs and an outside shower would have been nice.

Good location but needs more kitchen basics

Location is good, walking distance to sapodilla Bay. Rooms are clean but the kitchen is just very basic. Our family of 8 liked to cook every meal so there were not enough serving bowls, cooking utensils, not enough dishwasher detergent to do a load of dishes after 1 to 2 meals (not enough serving plates to save up dishes to do one load a day), so ended up having to do lots of dishes by hand, no coffee maker. Poor communication from property manager, did not answer message through VRBO when asked for exact Google address to get there (asked 3x), address provided could not be located, ended up finding the address by googling the name of Villa. Manager did not answer calls and text when asked for a broom and dust pan so we can do our own sweeping at the end of each day, they did not respond nor provide. As expensive as this place was, kitchen needs more supplies, and at least provide basic dust pan/broom for us to do basic cleaning so we don't have to walk on dust each day because there was no housekeeping for our 4 nights. Provided blue towels that significantly stained our laundry, I would recommend white towels only for future guests. More basic beach chairs would be nice.
