Beautiful Villa Blue Heaven is on the beach in Sapodilla Bay's private community of Harbor Gates. Uniquely designed to provide 5 ocean facing bedrooms with 5 1/2 baths, including 3 King master suites. You will be astounded by the turquoise vista that greets you when you walk through the front door. Sapodilla Bay has the whitest, softest sand that you have ever walked on and the calm waters provide for great swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking, or just lazy floating - kayaks and paddle boards provided. There are also jet skis for rent on the far end of the beach. A short, winding boardwalk takes you the few steps from the pool to the sand. At the end of the day, this sought after beachfront location offers unobstructed, magnificent sunsets from the rooftop deck.

We have a 24/7 security guard who patrols the neighborhood and beach, as part of the Sapodilla Homeowners Association. We also have a monitored security system for extra piece of mind.

Just steps from the glorious beach of Sapodilla Bay, Villa Blue Heaven's main level deck offers space for outdoor dining, lounging, swimming in the pool, or watching for shooting stars at night. Our pool has a gradual 'beach entry' access, which is a plus for younger children. The deck is surrounded by flowers and lush island vegetation and provides seclusion from the outside world. The covered pergola is the perfect place to wake up with morning coffee or spend the afternoon reading, while still enjoying the glorious view. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up on the beach for your personal use.

The house has five bedroom suites with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach. Bedrooms offer both air-conditioning* and ceiling fans, and each bedroom has an exquisite view. Take the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck that has the best sunset views on the island and is the perfect place for an evening glass of wine.

*Air conditioning is metered and is charged back to the guests at current kilowatt cost beyond a $400 weekly allocation. A credit card number will be taken by the property manager at check-in to cover the cost of air conditioning.

The kitchen is well furnished with all cooking and entertaining essentials. There is an outdoor grill and ice maker. But when you don't want to cook, there is a lovely restaurant and bar you can walk to, Las Brisas, on the shore of the magnificent Chalk Sound National Park . And there is always the option of a short drive to any of the island's other restaurants. For a very casual meal, there are severals vendors on the end of the beach selling food and drinks.


The open design of the house allows a view of the ocean from every room, beginning the minute you walk through the entrance. The 32 foot wall of glass doors can be opened to provide a seamless flow between the inside and outside, with screens opened or closed. The entertainment area has a flat-screen TV with cable, and Sonos stereo system where you can stream your music or connect your own device.

For scuba divers, there is great wall diving and is what originally brought us to these islands. There is also access on the island to a casino, water sports, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, golf, para-sailing, and horseback riding on the beach. We've been coming to this island for fifteen years and would be happy to share recommendations for restaurants and activities your group might enjoy. If you are not familiar with Turks and Caicos, it is a chain of islands, with Providenciales (the island Villa Blue Heaven is on) the primary tourist island. Many major airlines fly into the Providenciales International Airport. The villa is about 15 minutes from the airport. This is a world class island and there is something here for everyone. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this location. Enjoy swimming in the ocean and lounging on the sandy beach, away from the condo and hotel crowds.
