Had a wonderful view. The place was clean and as described. Conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The furnishings and fixtures weren’t top notch but it was what we expected from the photos.

The sunsets from the lanai are so beautiful!!! Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location in Kihie is perfect and so easy to drive to all areas of the island. We will be back!!!

Great location

This unit was as described and perfect for our family of 3. The property manager was very attentive and responsive. We also loved the multiple beaches to choose from right outside our door, and enjoyed all the turtle sightings. We would stay there again if ever back in Maui!

Beautiful views from patio deck, has everything you need for your stay. The only complaint is the check out time, VRBO shows 11:00, but the instructions in the condo say 10:00.

Perfect destination

This place was beautiful and well equipped with the essential. Windy in the afternoon but this was welcoming given a day in the sun and relaxing on the lanai. Turtles were spotted ever day and wind surfers👍

Property has a nice location with a nice view of the ocean. The air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom could not keep up with the heat of the day. The air inthe front bedroom would make them room go down to the low 60s

Lovely Stay at Menahune Shores

The view from the condo is amazing and the evening cross-breeze is so inviting. Rooftop grill is the perfect spot for a sunset dinner. 2 adult couples fit comfortably. Communication with property manager was excellent. As other reviews have noted, check out is at 10 am, not 11 as stated on the VRBO listing.

Great location, probably best in Kihei. Condo was clean and updated just as listing said. Pictures were accurate. View was incredible. The property was well taken care of and had adequate amenities. Sea turtles on the beach every morning. Having the breakwater around the beach kept the waves to a minimum except for peak wave time 12p-5p.

Beautiful Oceanfront in Kihei

This condo has an amazing view, being very close to the water and on the top floor. Condo is very clean and comfortable with the multiple AC units even on the hot summer days. Highly recommend as a good central location within Maui. Easy to get to all the attractions from this location. Also very convenient to have a bar and restaurant on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. Saw many sea turtles on the rock wall directly in front of the property.

Nice condo, worked very well for our needs. Has a beautiful view of the ocean. Comfortable bed, and a good Indian resturant on property. Property Manager was very responsive. Had trouble getting the door code but I was just technically challaged and they walked me through where it was. Garbage disposal was not working but sure that was just jammed up from the previous renters. Great place to stay.

On the Beach + afternoon winds

Unit Manager, Jen is super efficient and responds before I can put my cell phone down. Great location on the beach, however not easy walking distance (short drive) to coffee / breakfast etc. Not sure if time of year but gets very windy after 12 noon - doors do rattle. Not luxury - but all basics are there and is as described. Check in is very easy / simple.

Maui 25th Anniversary Trip

We love Maui and Kihei area, so this property provides a great location and the views from the balcony are amazing. The property itself is a little dated and in need of some minor repairs and updating. Master bed is not comfortable (two twins pushed together with a top cover), bathroom has hole peeling away under the mirror and ceiling fan didn’t not work in main area. For the price, hoped for a little nicer unit. If you’re on the go and don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the unit, great place to stay.

Very nice condo

Condo was nice and clean. Furniture was very comfortable. Had air conditioning in both bedrooms and main living area which was appreciated. Rooftop b-b-q area was amazing. Views were endless - beautiful! Curtains of some kind for the patio door would be nice to keep out the afternoon sun and keep the inside temperature down. Had a few glitches upon arrival. We were initially given the wrong unit number so entry code wouldn't work. Once we got the correct unit number the electronic keypad wouldn't work initially. It wouldn't respond on first touches. Once we figured out that little quirk all went well. Malinee and Pam were very helpful and responded to our calls immediately. Overall was a very nice stay.

Prime Location with stunning views

Great location with unbeatable views. Easy beach access. All beach supplies are well stocked in unit. Close to main action in Kihei. Comfortable, basic unit with most everything one would need. Quiet, well maintained complex. Narrow parking throughout Kihei as well as property. Property Manager responded quickly to requests. Note: King room is two twins pushed together. Windows in King do not open to access breeze which seemed odd. No "extras", kitchen or otherwise. If you have stayed at VRBO rental before you might note that some hosts leave extra items in good condition left by prior guests. Not the case here. You will not find a half bag of rice, bottle of soy, sunscreen, coffee, napkins, etc. BRING extra snacks and other items from "home" as the local stores were much pricier than I recall from Sept 2022 visit. Overall a great stay.

Great place to stay for a family

Located in Kihei and close to everything, my family and I spent an unforgettable week in Maui. The unit had great ocean views as described and had all the amenities listed. Communication with Malinee was almost instantaneous and she responded patiently and quickly even at nights and the weekend. The property is close (walking distance ) to stores, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is close to perfect. Our only real challenge was the bathroom...the tub is fairly old and the drain didnt drain properly. The tub would collect water as we showered. The fixtures were a bit dated but functioned properly. I do have to mention that this unit has three AC, all of them worked very well. There is a unit in each bedroom and one in the living room. While the cross breeze and fans were great, it still got very hot especially in the afternoon so we had to turn on the ACs to feel comfortable. Overall, we would highly recommend this unit to families looking to enjoy a vacation in Maui.

We were attracted to this unit due to advertising this was a, “freshly remodeled penthouse”! While is is on the top floor of 6 story complex and does have a good view, calling it a penthouse is a stretch! In reality it is a typical 2 bed 2 bath circa 1975 condo! The unit had tired furniture and infrastructure as noted by the backup of our kitchen sink our second day requiring us to waste en entire day meeting with repair personnel! Oddly enough, the repair of a glogged drain resulted in the removal of garbage disposal that was functioning approximately This will be a problem for future guests! The grounds have an on site restaurant that is Indian themed! Lunch and dinner only is served! Only 4 lounge chairs on the lawn and all were chained together; obviously if one was being used the other three would have to stay all chained together m! Beach is attractive from a distance but is very rocky and not swimming friendly. The TV remote did not work and apparently this was known as the repair folks tried to fix it upon our arrival! It has a small pool filled with children and no umbrellas! My husband and I discussed it, if offered the same property in the future for half price, we would decline!

Beautiful Beach View

In light of the events in Maui our plans were to immediately cancel. Staying in contact with Melinee and Jen throughout our decision making was comforting knowing we had their support with any decision we made. They were available and very responsive host. With all due Respect our decision to visit family and attend my sisters wedding was very welcoming and greeted with much love. This property put the icing on the cake! Check-in was a breeze. As you first walk in the door, the view is absolutely breathtaking. You have a full panoramic view from your lanai and the back bedroom of Sugar Beach which is a hop, skip and a jump away for you to relax and enjoy. Though a majority of the beach is rocky there is a smooth sandy part of the beach sectioned off and you are minutes away from other beaches. Location is great! 15 minutes away from OGG and minutes from several stores and restaurants. The unit exceeded our expectations and we were pleased with the overall cleanliness of the unit. The room is fully stocked with all your needs. Washer & Dryer, Beach towels, chairs, coolers & the kitchen is fully stocked which is very convenient. The beds were very comfortable in each room. We hardly used the AC units as the cool winds blew throughout, with windows and doors open. We will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this unit!
