This well-maintained, original two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in the desirable Luana Kai oceanfront complex—just steps from five miles of breathtaking Sugar Beach! Take long strolls along the shoreline, watch for whales in the winter months, or relax in the serene, tropically landscaped grounds filled with palm trees and vibrant island plants. This peaceful North Kihei gem is truly a hidden treasure, close to shopping, dining, and all your vacation essentials.

Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle in comfort! The unique double-length lanai stretches from the living room to the master bedroom, offering a shaded, breezy spot to sip cocktails, dine outside, or simply unwind while enjoying views of the garden and West Maui Mountains.

The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, a microwave, and a toaster oven—perfect for preparing meals or entertaining. The living area includes a brand-new, comfortable sofa, dining table, and two bar stools. A large flat-screen smart TV offers cable, streaming, and wireless connectivity for your entertainment needs.

The master bedroom features a brand-new king-size bed with luxurious hotel-quality bedding and a flat-screen TV. Each morning, you'll wake up to serene views of the lush garden landscape. The second bedroom also offeres a supermely comfortable king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

Great place and location

This was a great condo for our trip. It was centrally located, walking distance to beach and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

This unit is soo outdated. It looks dirty and super dingy. Needs to be updated really bad. 4 of us and we only had toilet paper and paper towels for the first 3 days. Were there a week, the necessities should be included for the price you pay for. Location was good!

We also provide a starter kit of basic supplies, and guests may need to purchase additional items once those are used. The property and condo were exactly as advertised. A big plus was air conditioning in each room. The host also provided beach chairs and gear (i.e. boogey boards). The pool on the property also is well maintained. Overall, the property is great for stay in Maui.

We arrived early to drop bags in the room. the cleaner had a load of sheets in the washer. They said they would return to finish laundry; but did not. While the unit was clean and comfortable there were definate signs of age. the kitchen drawers would not pull without great effort. Cabinets were definately in need of repair in some places. This unit could use a bit of an update. Bathrooms still sport early 70's tile work. The lid to the master bath cammode did not fit. There were tiny ants in the master bathroom. Every time the toilet flushed ants came rushing out of the area around the flush handle. This unit is not as close to the beach as depicted. You could not see beach from patio. However the grounds at this faciity are beautiful. Well maintained with beautiful tropical flowering plants. Beautiful pool area was nice with BBQ grills and outdoor kitchen. The beach is on an inlet so it is a rocky beach and only utilized this beach for nice long walks.. It was beautiful to walk along although tough on bare feet. There are beautiful trees along the beach giving plenty of shade. We chose to go to other beaches on Maui that were not to far away however we did have to drive.

Quick Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place for a couple of nights before going to our time share for the remaining of the week. The unit was as described. Clean and accommodate 4 adults with no problem. We were less than 5 minute walk to beach and only 20 minute drive from OGG Airport. The only complaint I have was that the towels in our bathroom smelled sour. Maybe they were put out wet before we got there or maybe they were not used in awhile, either way we made the best of it and had a great time.

Perfect location

Was a great location for Road to Hana, Haleakala, Lahaina and more. Property was very nice and quiet in the evenings and early mornings (outside of all the birds awakening first thing😊).

We loved the location! Some of the kitchen supplies were in need of replacing, specifically the frying pan, and maybe a few more plastic containers would have been nice to take to the bbq/pool area. Overall a great place to stay!

Right on the Beach in Kihei

This condo was a wonderful place for our family. It was spacious and the double lanai was a great gathering spot. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and the resort was beautiful. We had a great week in Kihei.

Great condo!

The condo was lovely. Great amenities in the unit - everything you could want for a great stay in Maui. The complex was beautiful with a great pool and easy access to the beach. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Great location!

Had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Quiet complex with wonderful beach just a short walk across the grassy property. Beach chairs, boogie boards & insulated cooler bags were much appreciated. Great location to easily visit all parts of this beautiful island. Would definitely stay again.
