Northern Glades was completed in late 2022 and is a 4-bedroom / 4-bathroom 2600 sq ft. home that sleeps up to 12 guests.

Floor 1 features a beautiful entry space to welcome you to the home. With access to the connected garage, you will enjoy easy entry to the home even on the snowy, fresh powder days. Beyond the entryway is a hallway leading to two bedrooms, a full bathroom & the home's laundry area. Each of these bedrooms features a king bed.

Floor 2 is the main living space of the home, featuring a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with custom stonework and high-end appliances. There is an oversized kitchen island with additional seating. This floor is open concept, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room providing a large gathering place for your entire group. The living room has a custom stone gas fireplace, wet bar, television & incredible mountain views. This beautifully appointed space is the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure. The main patio is located on the 2nd floor and offers a private hot tub - perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with your group.

The luxurious master suite is found on floor 3. As you enter this floor, there is a lofted office space that is open to the main floor (floor 2) below. This dedicated space is great for those who need to fit in some work during their visit. Beyond the loft, you enter the master suite. Featuring a king bed, high-end furnishings & oversized closet, this space takes luxury to the next level. The master ensuite is a spa-like retreat with a custom tile shower and a soaker tub.

The ground floor offers an additional living space for the group with cozy couches, a fireplace & television. There are two sets of twin XL bunk beds, sleeping 4, as well as a sleeper sofa with a queen bed. This floor contains a full bathroom & additional closet space.
