Living & Kitchen:
Relax in the living room with comfortable couches and a 55'' Smart TV. Enjoy super-fast Wi-Fi for streaming and work. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a wide variety of utensils, perfect for preparing your favorite meals.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8):
*Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, large closet, and an attached bathroom.
*Second Bedroom: King-sized bed, closet, and a private door to the patio sitting area.
*Third Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a closet.
*Living Room: A couch includes a queen-sized hide-a-bed with a comfortable foam mattress topper.
*The home includes one full, spacious bathroom.

Outdoor Space:
A large, fully fenced backyard provides a safe and private area for children or pets to play.

Extra:
We can accommodate parking large vehicles on the property.

(Note: There are no available hook ups for an RV. We are only accommodating your large vehicle during your stay with us.)

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home and the fully fenced backyard. Entry is through a secure, keyless entrance. Your unique access code will be sent to you 30 minutes prior to your scheduled check-in time for a seamless and contact-free arrival.

Other Details to Note:
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the booking platform's messaging app.

Hide-a-Bed:
If you plan to use the queen-sized hide-a-bed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it with fresh linens for your arrival.

Security:
For your safety and security, there is one Ring camera with active video and audio recording located on the exterior of the property. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

Maximum Occupancy on Property:
The number of guests you provided in your “paid booking session,” is the limited number of guests allowed to occupy the home. Any additional guests will be charged a $30 daily rate. Compliance with house rules ensures a comfortable and safe stay for all guests. Large gatherings, events or parties are strictly prohibited.

A $75 fee will be charged for each pet.
