Your Caribbean dream vacation begins at Wataview. Gold Standard Certified for Safety. Plenty of room for the family, wedding party or a group of friends in this luxurious 5 bedroom, 5 bath (plus 2 half baths) beachfront home. 3 full time house staff plus chef services are included with the home to ensure your biggest chore of the day is deciding which lounge chair you will occupy first.

Each of the 4 beachfront bedrooms comes with a king size bed, 40" TV, safe, seating area, spacious closets, walk out to verandah or private balcony, independent air conditioner, ceiling fan(s), double vanity bathroom with walk in showers. One of the king suites has an additional outdoor shower off of the bathroom. The 5th bedroom features 2 single beds (can be converted into a king), 40" TV, safe, air conditioner, ceiling fan, private balcony and private bathroom featuring a spa tub, double vanity and outdoor shower.

Two living areas make entertaining or breaking away from the group easy and comfortable. The upper level living area has an overstuffed sectional sofa, 60' LED TV with surround sound system, blu ray/dvd player and a games table equipped with extra large scrabble board, cards and board games. The lower living area features comfortable seating around a 60' LED TV with surround sound and blu ray/dvd player. A wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker is in close proximity. A whole home Sonos audio system plays music or radio throughout the home, indoors and out.

Casual or formal dining for 10 is available indoors or on the veranda overlooking the pool and Caribbean Sea.
Large kitchen with breakfast alcove, walk in pantry, butler's pantry, double ovens, flat cooktop, microwave drawer, assorted small appliances, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and bar seating is perfectly equipped for the home cook or professional chef.

The poolside veranda and pool deck provide generous space for your whole group whether lounging around the swimming pool and hot tub or entertaining a large group. The outdoor beach side bar comes equipped with everything you need for outdoor entertaining including sink, bar fridge and ice maker. A large grill station is at the ready to grill up the days catch.

The Wataview pier has an end palapa with bench seating, an easy boat loading/unloading platform, swim platform, artificial reef and fish cleaning station.

Wataview's private regulation size tennis court also comes with a basketball net, basketballs, tennis balls and rackets as well as all Pickleball gear.

Guests can also use the two 10'6' paddle boards and two sit on top kayaks.

Home gym features a Fitness Trainer, weights, elliptical machine, treadmill, yoga gear, LED TV and the billiards table.

One of the most beautiful and special places I have ever stayed.

This was my second visit but also to celebrate a special occasion with family and friends and the amazing staff could not have made it any better. They always go above and beyond and the property is magnificent.

Second visit, amazing as ever

This was our second time to visit San Pedro and stay at Wataview. The property is gorgeous, house staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sylvia’s food is amazing! The island is very safe, we took our kids (10-14) this time and they had a blast. Hope to return again!

This house is amazing but the staff is the best part. Sylvia and Jennifer made our stay so much more. Food was amazing. Jennifer taught our youngest how to even fold napkins. Every one that Joann sent us up with for snorkeling, golf carts flights was top notch. We would come again in a heart beat.

The bar has been raised for the standard of home vacation rentals. Terrific staff, chef, manager, and housekeepers. It's pristine. All future rentals will have to compare, we are spoiled forever. Great beach access and views. You can't go wrong with this selection. It's the epitome of "living large." Don't miss this one.

Wonderful Family Trip-Watatime!

Wanted to thank the host Joanne for accommodating us on short notice. The chef, Sylvia, and her assistant, Gianni "G" for short, were incredible-not just the food, which was delightful, but, their personalities were an added plus. Edwin, who helped us out with anything around the property kept it "fun" ready- paddle boards tennis court etc was always available. The pier was great for our planned activities to snorkel and see the Mayan ruins. The house was beautiful and spotless. It was cleaned daily! I would never think of spending my time on San Pedro at a hotel or any other Vrbo! Thank you for the memories! I the house is called Wataview and you will have Watatime!

Amazing Property

We searched for the perfect place, and this was it! The house is beautiful, just like the pictures (maybe better in person). Joanne the manager’s communication was top notch. Joanne was quick to respond and did so much for us before and while we stayed at Wataview. The best part was the staff. Sylvia and Jennifer made amazing, delicious food. Edwin the caregiver on property was right there when we needed anything. The daily cleaning staff, Julie and Evelyn were fantastic. We had 5 couples celebrating our 30th anniversary. This was the perfect vacation. I highly recommend this property to anyone; we will definitely be back to Belize and will only stay at Wataview!

Better than advertised

Without a doubt the most enjoyable VRBO experience I have had. We had a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. The property was kept in perfect condition, the amenities were great. It seemed like they had 10 of everything. Pool was great, beach was well kept, tennis/pickleball court had all of the equipment needed. Sylvia, chef, and her assistant Jennifer, were unreal. Unbelievable food, great interaction, and very accommodating. Joanne, property manager, was always available and willing to help. Edwin, groundskeeper, kept the property in perfect condition and was there to help anytime. This house is worth every penny, will definitely be back.

Incredible!!!! What an amazing location, home and service! The best!

I give Wataview the highest of reviews! The owners have thought of absolutely everything. There is nothing that you need that is not at the house. I cannot say enough about the service. Sylvia and Jenifer provided the most incredible meals. Our kids are still talking about each of the meals and which one was their favorite. They loved al of the meals! They wanted to take Sylvia home! The housekeepers were also wonderful and kept everything so nice. What a treat to have laundry and ironing done as needed. The location was a little ride into town, but not too far and so fun by golf cart! The beach and pier were beautiful. We also enjoyed the pool, pickle ball. We had a little rain so had fun playing pool and corn hole! Joanne is an incredible host and made sure every bit of our vacation was perfect. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first trip to Belize, so we didn't know really what to expect or how to navigate the various activities. The staff at Wataview handled everything. And when I say "everything", I mean EVERYTHING. Let me first talk about the staff at the house. We had two full wonderful chefs shopping for groceries and preparing meals. The food was creative and super fresh. They accommodated a host food allergies and made great suggestions about different meal ideas. There is an on-site property manager that handled everything from getting the cushions on the chairs each day, to transporting the stand-up paddle boards to the water. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and even handled our laundry with care. We asked for a bartender for some days and he was awesome - serving a drink of the day and making sure the pool vibe was always flowing. The property manager helped coordinate different tours - from snorkeling to a catamaran scuba and lobster hunting trip. She arranged for golf carts to be delivered to the house ready to use, and even helped coordinate taxis and air transport from the mainland to San Pedro. The house is beautiful and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed the pool, the tennis court, some basketball, and the weight room. All of the beds were great and a couple of the rooms have outdoor showers! We traveled as 4 generations - from my 82 year old mom to my 6 month grandson - the house was perfectly equipped to handle the family. I am probably doing the experience a disservice, but the entire week was perfect - made more so by the wonderful caring staff and great accommodations. I can't imagine going back to Belize and not staying here.

Best Vacation Ever

Everything about Wataview was fantastic! Joanne, the property manager, made our golf cart and Covid test arrangements and she coordinated birthday surprises for my husband and my best friend. Sylvia, the chef, and Kirsty, her assistant, are amazing. The variety of the food they served and the quality was too notch. We are like kings and didn’t have to think about anything other than what time we wanted our meals. The house staff was so attentive to our every need! And the house itself was gorgeous and spotless! The location was close to town and having the pier right there made boat pick up for excursions super easy. I cannot say enough about Wataview. We were celebrating my husband’s 50th and our 25th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal. This house was perfect for 5 couples as each room was like a master with its own bath. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home and terrific food

I stayed here with 5 guys for a fishing and leisure trip. Beautiful home! Sylvia was our chef and the dinners were over the top terrific. Breakfasts were decent but not nearly as great as the dinners. I don’t recall ever reading in the contract or being notified that the maintenance guy lived downstairs of the home. We didn’t feel that much privacy between the maintenance guy there all the time, cooks twice per day and cleaners each day. It worked out ok but you will want to be aware of this. Overall, excellent property and always felt safe. The dock is beautiful and we were picked up each day which added a lot of convenience. Distance to town was further than expected when traveling by golf cart. Be prepared for 15-20 min into town. The crew overall did a fantastic job looking after our needs. Joanne and I had many emails to get our trip worked out and she was great being accommodative each step of the way!! She helped arrange for Covid testing at the house for our return trip to the States.

Our trip to Belize was everything we hoped it would be!

The home was as advertised. 5 beautiful large bedroom suites. Beautiful pool and dock. Caretaker, Edwin, was always on the property. We always felt safe and secure. Sylvia and Rayna were fabulous chefs preparing us a series of wonderful meals! Housekeeping was present every morning. The home is truly a very well run operation. Trips into town on the golf carts were fun! In town dining is a little questionable. The local people were very friendly. The snorkeling, diving, and beach excursions thru Suya Tours were fantastic!

Stayed at Wataview for am amazing 7 day couples retreat! I can't say enough about the hospitality of the grounds keeper Edwin,the delicious meals prepared by Sylvia, the infectious smile of her helper Claudia, and the perfection of the housekeeping team. Everyone made our stay memorable and the best vacation I've ever had. Could not ask for anything more. No need to venture away because EVERYTHING you need is RIGHT AT WATAVIEW. Enjoyable week of luxury,relaxation, and fun in the sun. If you're looking at any other place to stay in San Pedro don't bother because this is where you need to be. Best Couples Trip EVER!

Had the absolute trip of a lifetime at this property!! We had 10 people (5 couples) who shared this property and all of us were overwhelmed with the hospitality, the location, and the amenities at Wataview. Every day we had outstanding breakfasts and dinners made by Sylvia and Claudia, and got spoiled with the daily coffee & juice ready for us every morning. We only went out for dinner once since the meals were so good here!! We played lots of tennis (and none of us really play tennis) and enjoyed the lavish pool & spa when we weren't driving our golf carts to San Pedro to shop. Everything is clean, well taken care of, and absolutely beautiful! Thanks for the memories, we will definitely be back!!!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC... Could not have asked for more!

What a wonderful trip and beautiful place. We were truly spoiled by Sylvia's cooking and the awesome staff. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful! The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this place! If you stay here, you will not regret it!
