We had enough beds for everyone and it was clean. We like the lower level access to the hot tub, which was also clean.The kitchen was fully equipped and served our family of 10 well. When we got there, the large handle for the refrigerator door was broken off so we did not do that! It had a rather sharp spot at the top so I would caution future users to be careful. It was a great place for our pet and our family. Pretty close to hiking trails. Thank you.

The AC didn’t work when we got there. They did provide AC units though. The hot tub was disgusting when we arrived, someone came to clean it and then we could use it the next night. The shower and sink in the bathroom didn’t drain Chairs in the picture by the fireplace are not provided or one of the beds pictured.

The property was in a great location. The furnishings were very comfortable. The house was clean and decorated well.The kids enjoyed the game room and their own private area.I enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a lot of poison ivy around the property. And when we were hiking we saw poison ivy all over the Hocking Hills area.Just be careful and you can still have a great time
