Cozy and meticulously kept little camp! Minutes to downtown Main Street restaurants and shopping, approximately 2 miles to ATV riding/ parking and to beach/fishing/boat launching. Snowmobile right from the front door to trail system! Only a 20 minute drive to Saddleback Mountain for skiing. Home is available for 3 nights, weekly and also longer term rentals in May-Dec. Adventure awaits all four seasons!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guest will clean all dirty dishes, glassware, flatware and kitchenware and sink shall be empty upon leaving.
Guest will strip beds sheets that were used and place on floor next to bed when rental is over. Guest will put used towels in shower when rental is over.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Damage Protection Insurance Tenant is required to obtain a short-term damage protection policy from VRBO for the Agreement and booking to be valid.
No smoking of cigarettes (marijuana or tobacco), cigars, electronic cigarettes, or anything creating vapors, within the house. No drug use permitted.
