Cook in the fully stocked kitchen, or visit terrific area restaurants just down the road. Enjoy the amenities of the Chimney Hill Resort, including indoor and seasonal outdoor pool, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, ice skating, and hiking. A quick walk out the front door takes you to the Haystack trail, a 7 minute drive to the gorgeous golf course, and a 15 minute drive to ski at Mt Snow provides 4-season fun! Bring your clubs, skis, tennis racquet or just a good book. Equally as great for a romantic getaway or fun for the whole family!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Close garage doors and lock basement door. Close and lock front door and return keys to lock box
In fall/winter, return thermostats to marked settings. For all stays, turn off all interior lights.
During winter months, turn off water supply to the house (instructions will be provided)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house is great! Very cute and lots of comfy beds. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owners were great to work with and were very responsive. There is also a club house with a pool, hot tub and some arcade games that you have access to.
