Ocean Front Studio Rehoboth Beach

Enjoy ocean views from this Ocean Front studio located on the 8th floor. This unit offers 2 twin murphy beds and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a keurig machine which can take either pods or ground coffee in a basket.

This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.

Building offers free wifi, shared coined laundry.

Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

The view is awesome

The view is awesome. The condo is a little outdated and could use a little sprucing up. It would be great if some of the items in the kitchen were removed to allow renters to out their items away in a cabinet. Our overall stay was great and we would definitely rent this unit again.
