This is a majestic 6 bedroom, 6 bath home that sleeps up to 16 people in beds and can accommodate up to 22 with blowup mattresses. It has beautiful views of mountains and city. This home has a indoor lap pool, hot tub, workout room (including treadmill, free weights, and total gym system), pool table/table tennis/ poker table, air hockey table, board games, two wet bars, two outside patios areas, wood burning outdoor fire pit, gas BBQ, and gourmet kitchen. It sits right along the upper West Broadmoor golf course just off of hole 8. It is in walking distance to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Broadmoor Hotel. You will be minutes to hiking, biking, Manitou incline, Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, and fine dining.

We had an outstanding stay over the holidays! The home exceeded expectations in every way spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable! We took advantage of hot tub and amenities but mostly relaxed! . We enjoyed the short walk to the Broadmore in the mornings for our coffee and also enjoyed a short visit to the Zoo which we enjoyed Communication with the host was prompt and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Highly recommend for family trips, multi-family stays, or friends’ getaways. We will be booking again.

Omg, I can't praise this place enough! We had an amazing time. There was plenty of space, plenty of beds, plenty of restrooms. Plenty of rooms to spend quality time together. This house was perfect for our Christmas vacation! Our family was very pleased! Very very nice neighborhood! Great communication with host! Very receptive and friendly!

This house was so amazing for our family. It was in a great location with fabulous views, with something for everyone in our group! The beds were so comfortable and we had plenty of room to cook our meals together… perfect for a family of 13! Our teens and preteens (and adults also) enjoyed the sports amenities… workout room, lap pool and hot tub, pool and ping pong table as well as air hockey! Thanks so much for being the best hosts!!! Highly recommend this house!

The entire house was perfect for our family of 18. It was unanimous that the place was amazing, which included a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary items. Extra-large fridge. Windows (lighting) everywhere with great views. Great outside large tables for eating as a family. A few deer came into the yard for our viewing. Our host, Jamie, was very attentive throughout our stay.

Jamie provided great instructions to find the house and it was easy to get inside. The home was very clean and even had a great welcome basket with snacks. It was incredibly spacious and plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating in a couple of meals with a well stocked kitchen. Keurig coffee and the sunrise were great. We didn't watch any of the TV's, but used the fire pit and gym which were both great. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready for use as well. Beds were comfy and good linens. Would stay again!

Absolutely lovely stay!

We had an amazing time! We had our family reunion here and we’re a big party, 22 people across every age group. There was something to do for everyone. The young kids played games, we went swimming, the adults had a barbecue going, the twenty somethings were gossiping by a nice outdoor fire place or in the hot tub, the teens were playing basketball, and we were all able to sit and chat together in the many many living rooms and patios. There were lovely views, so we got to see a cascade of Fourth of July fireworks. There were a bunch in the skyline and when the lake fireworks started we were up close and personal from the comfort of the home. Tonnes of amazing natural light, patios, and windows. Almost everyone got their own bedroom, and if they didn’t they still had their own space because there were study rooms or living rooms we could add air mattresses, or the bedrooms were big enough to include more people. Hosts were extremely attentive and available throughout. Anything we needed and questions we had they responded and catered to us promptly. It was quite hot so they provided fans for us when they saw the weekends temperature, we wanted to play a bit of music for one of the teenagers birthday, and they brought over a sound system, we had questions about cleanup and helping out and they were very clear, kind, and appreciative. Would highly recommend. The views alone make it worth it, but the kindness we received was priceless.
