This home is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is great - very short drive to garden of the gods, pikes peak, and other great attractions. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental for your Colorado Springs vacation!

We gathered family in Colorado Springs for a funeral service, and this house could not have been better for sleeping people from 8 months to 70 years old comfortably and in their own space. Being on the southwest side in the Broadmoor/Skyway part of town the home is just minutes from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls and Helen Hunt Falls, it’s right up next to Cheyenne Mountain and a quick drive to Manitou Springs, the Cave of the Winds, and The North Pole. Kevin, our host, was very responsive and easy to work with. The hot tub was not functioning correctly, but there were so many other things to keep everyone occupied that we hardly missed it! This house is an excellent choice for a large group that includes children, and I highly recommend it!

Spencer and his male guest thought it would be comical to urinate together in my yard facing my neighbor's house. Unfortunately, I didn't know this when I gave them a review. I would not rent to them again unless they demonstrate more maturity and a better understanding of how to treat others' homes and communities.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house had plenty of room for 8 adults and an almost one year old to spread out. The kitchen/living room were a favorite spot to hang out, play games and eat together. The location was close to most of the tourist activities we wanted to do throughout the week. We were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Everything was great at house. Rooms great, property great! For what we were doing the internet could have been better. We were a photograph team and having to upload pictures so it took longer then we expected but over all great place.

There is a great house for a big group of adults that don’t want to share beds. Lots of space and the hot tub is a bonus! The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Thought of Everyone

This is a great place to stay if you have a large group! We had plenty of space, hot water (even for 12 girls), and easy access to all the things we wanted to do. We all felt safe at this location and host was very responsive to our concerns.

Fantastic stay and convenient location

This spacious home was located on a private road, but so close to everything. The house was well equipped for our weeklong stay. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cold rainy days and nights, and the back yard when the sun came out. There were plenty of super comfortable beds and large bathrooms. This house had views and wildlife right in the front and backyard.
