Huge open concept living/dining/kitchen perfect for cooking & socializing. A luxurious king sized primary suite with ensuite bathroom - a custom rain shower and high end Toto bidet toilet. Upstairs features two spacious secondary bedrooms with queen sized beds and another full bathroom.

The lower level basement features two additional guest bedrooms and a full guest bathroom - and a cozy multi-purpose room with a smart TV, treadmill, office workstation, a futon, and a large closet.

There is a detached 2-car garage included in the price, plus ample street parking.
