Escape to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath lake house that comfortably sleeps 14 with four queen beds and four twin beds, plus two bunkbeds—perfect for families or group getaways. Enjoy your own sandy beach complete with lounge chairs and a firepit for evening s’mores under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen ready for your favorite meals, and a huge wraparound porch ideal for morning coffee or sunset views.

Rainy day? No problem—our shelves are filled with puzzles, games, and a DVD collection for hours of indoor fun. For outdoor adventure, we provide kayaks with life jackets, a corn hole set, and a grill for lakeside barbecues. Stay connected with fast internet, or disconnect and unwind in nature. Your perfect lakefront retreat awaits!

I can’t even tell you how great this place was! We ordered in every night because we didn’t want to leave. We had 3 children 8-2 and they never had a second to be bored. We will be back! So clean and everything you’d want!

A great place for families! Very kid friendly. Flexible sleeping arrangements made it easy for multiple families to stay comfortably. Comfortable furniture and ample eating space. Well stocked. Outside dock and beach area provided excellent water access that was both adult and kid friendly. Porch was large and provided good shade. The child gates were much appreciated! Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The wedding group loved the facilities. Easily accomdate those staying there and extra guests during the day. The ladies made sure everything was sweept, vacuum and wiped down before exiting.

We loved our stay. This is one of the nicest homes and best beach and lake access that we've had.The view is incredible. There is lawn down to the water which is close to the house and concrete sidewalks to the water and the beach. It isn't a long haul as in some lake houses.There is beautiful deck in the water and plenty of furniture there for enjoying the view and for diving off the deck. It's always nice to have a beach area which isn't included in many of the homes on Lake Wylie.The house itself is beautiful inside and out and well stocked with everything needed.Adam was our property rep and he was amazing.
