This is a spacious duplex with great privacy at an outstanding location on Beaver Creek. It is located in between Kenai and Soldotna. This cozy and convenient house is a perfect home base to tour around the Kenai Peninsula. 2 hour drive to Homer, 1 hour drive to Cooper Landing, 7 minute to Soldotna, and 5 minute drive to Kenai. Multiple fishing locations on the world famous Kenai River, are all within 5-10 minute drive.

I can tell that this part of the house is new. New LPT, couches and bedroom stuff. I would recommend to keep adding bowls and cooking sheets and maybe some seasonings to the cabinets.

Minna goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She stays out of your business unless you need something. She was very responsive to our messages and we have nothing bad to say about the place. We will return in the future and hope we do better at catching fish. The processing place is only a few miles away to take your catch and they will also store it for you. But there is a place that is only 10 a day it is on the way from Soldotna to Kenai about 1/2 mile on the right. Highly recommend them.
