Please note: this is one side of a duplex. The other side is occupied by a quiet long-term tenant (not another short term guest). To respect everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Please leave used towels in the bathroom on the floor
Take out the trash (bin is outside on the left)
Lock the door by pressing the “Yale” button, leave the bottom doorknob unlocked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
