New Beach Villa (2 to 3 Bedrooms) accommodates up to 6 people. Direct access to two-miles white sand beach.

Stunning views modern villa in Exuma sitting directly on the beach. Consists of two master en-suite bedrooms and one convertible family room to separate en-suite bedroom, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer.

Covered Lanai is furnished with set of sofas and outside dining.

Kayaks, SUPs and snorkeling sets are available for our guests.
