Guests also enjoy access to a year-round heated resort pool, hot tub, and six community pickleball courts.

At home, relax around the fire table and BBQ grill with outdoor seating. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs with Sling TV, and stylish finishes offer comfort and convenience. The home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king bed and en suite in Bedroom 1, a queen in Bedroom 2, and a queen over queen bunk bed in Bedroom 3—ideal for groups of all kinds.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
