Owned and cared for by an architect it has been upgraded with all of the modern comforts you'll need for your stay, including a Level 2 EV charger in the private garage. The home fully offset by solar power and is especially great for guests with pets. The backyard is fully fenced with pet-friendly turf and accessible to your furry travel companions via the pet door on the rear of the house.
