You can't get any closer to the historic Denver Highlands district than this charming 1908 cottage bungalow. Our newly renovated home is cozy & colorful- and the perfect space to stay if you are looking to grab a bite at a Michelin restaurant (just a 7 min walk down the road), take a stroll to the ever-trendy Highlands Square for shopping, or head a few blocks West to the vibrant Tennyson street for happy hour. If you're a foodie, we have more than 50 restaurants within a 15 min walk!
This wonderful (well-behaved pet friendly) property features 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed- perfect for a small group or a family. The bathroom is equipped with a clawfoot tub shower (25” of clearance required to get in), a bidet, luxury soap/shampoo/conditioner, and a hair dryer for added convenience. With amenities like full kitchen amenities, heating/AC, iron, and a 55” TV, your stay will be comfortable and stress-free. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Denver and our cozy bungalow has to offer! Although there is a backyard, it is not accessible to guests; however front yard and driveway are available for guests to use. The home is the front portion of a front/back duplex with no shared space, however, the back duplex may occasionally be occupied.

The property was exactly as described when I booked the place thinking I had the whole house and yard to myself. My host changed the description to include the back duplex when I asked her to call the police. The host caused my husband and i a lot of confusion and anxiety when we heard people in the basement. After talking with VRBO about the situation we decided to end our visit early and go home.
