Large open floor plan home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. King Master bedroom with 2 large walk-in closets and a jetted bathtub in the bathroom. Two Queen guest bedrooms with closets, dressers, and TVs. A fourth bedroom with two large twin bunk beds equipped with storage stairs and board games. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating for 4. Large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and Keurig Duo coffee machine. Farmhouse table for seating of 8. Large walk-in pantry in kitchen, space for plenty of groceries. Large sectional in the living room with a queen pull-out for extra sleeping space (sheets, blankets, and pillows provided). An electric fireplace in the living room under the large flat screen TV for those cooler months. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Game room with a bar area and stools for sitting. Full refrigerator for drinks and snacks, flat screen TV for viewing, pool table, foosball table, pop-a-shot, Pac-Man arcade games, and extra lounging chairs. A small AC unit is provided to ensure comfort. Large backyard entertaining area with a gas grill, sectional lounger, and table with chairs and umbrella. Basketball goal and court in the backyard. Cornhole boards provided, and some beach chairs, beach towels, and a boogie board for those traveling that may need. Home is equipped with central heating and AC, WIFI, and smart TVs. Keyless entry front door with code.

The house is very spacious and clean. It worked out perfectly for our large group with kids. The location was great as well as it was conveniently located to Walmart and all the fun activities/shopping by the beach. Brittanie was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had 3 families staying for a baseball tournament. There is plenty of room for everyone to move around. The pool, basketball court, and game room were a hit for the kids. It is in a great location to Publix Park, groceries, and restaurants. We would book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. A comfy couch big enough for us all to relax on, enough parking for everyone staying, the beds were cozy, and the bonus game room was a huge hit—especially with the kids! It kept everyone entertained and made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this home again! The house was spacious, beautifully laid out with an open-concept design, and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the oversized couch was perfect for movie nights. We also loved the cozy atmosphere the fireplace created in the evenings.The amenities truly set this property apart. The air-conditioned garage was a game changer, especially with the pool table, Pac-Man arcade game, indoor basketball hoop, TV, and extra refrigerator. Outside, we enjoyed the pool every day and appreciated all the pool toys and floats that were provided. The cornhole boards, outdoor basketball hoop, and bicycles gave everyone something fun to do.The thoughtful extras made beach days so easy—beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards were all available for guests to use, which was such a nice touch.Overall, this home had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. As a bonus, don’t miss Hungry Howie’s Pizza while you’re in the area—it was one of our favorite meals! We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back.

A great 4 bedroom house just minutes from the beach in a charming little community. The public beach (free parking) is just 5min away and very close to all the local attractions and pier. The house has so much charm with an open and spacious kitchen, huge TV in the living room and a garage-converted-game room with a pool table, mini hoops 1v1, stand up PacMan, TV, fridge and its own AC floor unit to keep you and the kiddos nice and cool. The backyard has a mini basketball court, grill and sitting area (fenced in). This truly is a hidden gem and we cant wait to go back! Thank you for hosting us.

The house was very spacious and never felt crowded even with 9 people in the same room. The pool was amazing and they came fully stocked with pool floats and pool games. The kitchen had even more than I expected including some seasonings and pancakes mix. The game room was especially fun! The pool table was a fan favorite, and the basketball game got really competitive in the best way. The driveway allowed for 6 cars easy and at least one additional car could fit. The owner was also very accommodating to our situation as much as they could be which we are especially thankful for. The master bedroom was huge and more than enough space to fit two air mattresses if needed. Also there was an air mattress available for us to use in one of the rooms. Overall the house was very beautiful and had most of the things you might need for a comfortable stay or a trip to the beach.

This place is an absolute gem! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the house was even better than we expected. It was incredibly spacious and had more than enough room for our family.
