Nestled on a dead-end street in very close proximity to the school and downtown area this spacious three-bedroom two bath full living room and additional family/game room is waiting for you and your whole family to relax and enjoy what Cambridge Springs has to offer.

Each bedroom features a full size bed and its own tv along with plenty of room for your personal items.

The very large kitchen is fully equipped and is the perfect place to enjoy leisurely meals.

The living room is set up with plenty of very comfortable seating and encourages conversation or relaxing with a movie on the large wall mounted tv.

The spacious family/game room is equipped with a large tv and comfortable seating area and it also has a separate area with a table and chairs perfect for games and conversation!

Two full bathrooms make for comfortable accommodations for everyone.

A spacious laundry room means convenience!

A large front yard is great for outdoor activities and the back deck is perfect for dinner in the warmer months.

As a bonus the garage allows you to keep your vehicle out of the hot sun or wet snow and makes for easy unloading and loading!
