Welcome to Fiesta Palms, a spacious, clean, and well-maintained private home in SE Cape Coral. Our guests love our gorgeous outdoor living area boasting plenty of comfortable wicker seating, a teak picnic table, 4-burner Weber grill with vent hood, and a heated, saltwater pool overlooking a beautiful view of the extra-wide freshwater canal. As you walk through the front door you can let go of your worries as you step into the tastefully decorated and well-equipped 4 bedroom/2 bath private home with over 2,000 square feet of living space.

Start your morning off with a hot cup of coffee nestled in the comfy Sunbrella wicker patio furniture on the lanai, or take a short stroll down to the water and take in the fresh air and abundant Florida wildlife while gazing out over the canal. As the day heats up you can cool off in the heated, saltwater pool or stay cool on the lanai under the 3 dual ceiling fans.

In the evening take a family bike ride on one of our 4 cruiser bikes around the quiet, residential neighborhood or watch your favorite TV show or a movie on the 50” ROKU TV on the Lanai. We also have a propane firepit on the Lanai for those cooler evenings.

If you love to grill then you'll love using our large, 4-burner Weber grill. Rain or shine you’ll be able to grill under the cover of the lanai using the vent hood to prepare your favorite steak, seafood, or BBQ.

THE POOL & LANAI
Outside you’ll find the heated saltwater swimming pool with incredible views of the freshwater canal. Whether catching some rays or hanging with friends, the pool gives you the ideal space to cool down on hot Floridian days. And there’s plenty of seating around the pool and under the lanai for you to dry off before you go in again, and after dark use the remote to control the overhead LED lights on top of the pool cage to add some color to your evening.

The outdoor patio/lanai area provides plenty of comfortable seating options, as well as a large teak picnic table for meals. There are (3) dual ceiling fans to keep the air moving under the lanai on those hot summer afternoons, as well as a barrel propane fire pit for those cooler (but rare!) Florida evenings.

THE BACKYARD
Beyond the lanai, you have a small grassy area where you can find a shady spot under a palm tree or sit at the water’s edge and enjoy the views or do some fishing. The waters are home to peacock and largemouth bass, sunfish, and catfish, or just enjoy the plentiful wildlife. You’ll also find basic fishing poles and tackle provided for your use.

GAME ROOM & GARAGE
Who’s the top table tennis player or foosball master in your group? It’s time to find out once and for all in the game room located in the garage, where you can open the overhead garage door but still keep the bugs out with the full 4-door sliding screen system spanning across the garage door opening. You can also take a spin on one or more of the 4 cruiser bikes, or enjoy a great day at the beach with the 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, various sized coolers, and beach wagon.

THE FAMILY ROOM
Here’s where you’ll find the largest of the many ROKU TVs measuring 65”. It’s the ideal place to host family movie nights or just relax from the Florida heat. Take your pick from a range of leather seating all with great views of the screen – and don’t forget the popcorn.

You won’t have to travel far for your refreshments, as there’s a small wet bar with a separate beverage refrigerator and a bartop height table for playing games or getting some work done on your laptop.
