Las-Gaviotas is a beautiful, hillside, ocean front community with private beach, olympic-size swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court and shuffleboard court located just 30 min. south of the border. The cobblestone streets, palm trees, bougainvillea, beautiful gardens and gorgeous blue ocean make it spectacular! The complex has an exceptional private surfing beach. In addition, world class golf courses are nearby, numerous spas, horseback riding, and of course, lots of shopping and food.
The space
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just one row back from the beach and has captivating views from the master bedroom and living room. All bedrooms are extremely large and have ceiling fans! The house can be rented as as either a 3 bedroom or a 4 bedroom. The 3 bedroom rental includes the 3 bedroom, 2 bath, upstairs portion of the house. When rented as a 4 bedroom, the one bedroom apartment downstairs is also included. This listing is for the 4 bedroom house. For the 3 bedroom listing, see Bella Vista 3 BR. The house is fully furnished with all amenities and free high speed wireless internet.

Note: Discounts available for mid-week dates, Monday through Wednesday. the rate is $255/night, a 14% discount from the weekend rate. There is also one free weekday night for a week stay.

Villa specifics: This beautifully decorated villa is just one row back from the well-known surfing beach. It comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen appliances & cookware. The kitchen is decorated in a local Mexican style and of course, contains the obligatory blender for margaritas. In addition, there is a fireplace, 3 TV's with VCR, DVD, and cable TV. The living room TV is a new flatscreen smart HD TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and gorgeous ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third upstairs bedroom has a double bed and 3 twin beds. All are equipped with linens and towels. The downstairs of the house contain a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed, pull out couch, kitchen and bath. The unit also has high speed wireless internet, a gas barbeque and patio furniture.

Complex: The Las Gaviotas complex is a gated and guarded community with a private pool, hot tub, tennis court, children's play area and clubhouse. Las Gaviotas's sandy beach is just a few steps away and is great for swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, or exploring. Often whales or dolphins are seen are seen from the balcony.
