We loved the patio especially, but the room did the job, not much else, very barren and not the most cozy place. Would be an amazing stay with just a few more decorations. Neighborhood felt safe and was reasonably priced, would stay again.

the host is very poor at communicating. They need to learn how to deal with travelers.I understand the automatic process, but Tech can hinder communications. This is where bright hosts step in to smooth the process. When they decide to lean on and hide behind automation, they lose transactions and travelers get stressed out looking for better hosts. If you don't learn you don't make mony . Be smart. I hope this host reads this comment. VRBO is OK.

This review appears to be retaliation for our refusal to provide complimentary early check-in and late checkout. The guest booked at a heavily discounted, last-minute rate, yet expected additional privileges while the unit was still being professionally cleaned and prepared. When we could not accommodate his demands, he subsequently attempted to overstay without authorization, and our newly installed Yale Assure smart lock was damaged in the process. Very uneducated guest.
