Completely renovated in 2012. 1 bedroom/1bathroom apartment. Spacious, quiet, comfortable and safe. Pleasant cross breeze due to layout. Spectacular view of the San Juan harbor with El Yunque in the background.

Located at La Puntilla, it is just steps away from the 'Paseo de La Princesa' promenade, the Governor's mansion and all other monuments and historical points of interest in the old city. The apartment is within walking distance of all restaurants, bars, boutiques, grocery stores, etc. in Old San Juan.

Situated on the same street as the Coast Guard, the apartment complex is constantly monitored by local and federal police. The apartment building is right in front of el Museo del Arsenal (see pictures).

Conveniently located near the bus terminal, a secure parking lot, and a ferry that will take you across the San Juan bay to Cataño where you can visit the Bacardi Rum Factory.

Please note, the apartment has two balconies.

The futon couch folds out into a full size bed.

THE APARTMENT IS ON THE FOURTH FLOOR. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

My Husband and I just had the pleasure of staying in Olivia’s apartment. It is beautiful! Everything about this apartment is awesome! The views are fantastic! We enjoyed it so much, very comfortable! Great location and easy to park as a very reasonable parking lot is right by . Olivia and her Father Luis are a pleasure to know. So helpful ! We wish we could have stayed longer! We are looking forward to returning here! Hopefully soon! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Perfect for a long weekend

Great apartment in a perfect location. On the days we stayed in old San Juan, it was easy to walk everywhere and parked our car right next to the building. There is AC in the bedroom, but if you open all the doors the breeze is incredible and keeps the whole place cool. Olivia was so helpful and responded to all of our questions before and during our stay. So glad we chose to stay here!

A perfect holiday in Puerto Rico. January 24 thur January 31st. 2018

First I like to thank Mr. Melendez and Ms. Olivia for having this outstanding rental apartment. Where do I start. (A) Room with a view, speechless is what come to mind. This apartment has incredible views of the harbor and Old San Juan. You can spend hours watching the big cruise ships docking and leaving. It's just like the pictures in his advertisement. Especially at night when the ships light up, outstanding. (B) Cleanliness, this apartment is as clean as a whistle. Everything is in its place and easy to find. A fully equipped Kitchen and all the clean linens you might need. Also a washer and dryer, just in case. (C) Parking, if you rent a car no need to worry. If you can't find a parking spot in front of the building, there is a huge public parking lot very near by and very inexpensively too. (D) Restaurants and sightseeing within walking distant. I was very happy in this apartment. I think you will be too. Esther Morales Aichner.

PR MARINA PROPERTY

We loved staying at Olivia's. The location was wonderful. There was very inexpensive parking next to her building so we could rent and park our car. The apt was lovely as well has having great breezes and amazingly low city noise. We LOVE LOVE LOVE San Juan & PR in general. Olivia's easy in and and out access let us walk on the days we did not feel like driving & drive out of town easily when we wanted to go to other parts of the island. There is work to be done in PR- so bring your tourist $$ & a helping hand! PR remains an annual vacation must for our family.

Loved Condo at La Puntilla

I've stayed in many places throughout San Juan and this was by far my most favorite location. It's an easy walk to all of the sites, plazas, and restaurants in Old San Juan. The view from this condo is absolutely magical. My son, daughter and I had plenty of room and having a complete kitchen with washer and dryer was a huge plus. Olivia and Luis are extremely helpful and responsive. Parking was easy, but it was also easy to access Uber to nearby towns such as Santurce. Everything is true as advertised. Very grateful for a wonderful stay and hope to return.

Old San Juan has a very vibrant night life. There are a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from which stay open relatively late. Some streets in Old San Juan tend to be noisy because of this, but La Puntilla is located on a quiet, securely guarded dead-end street which allows for restful nights.

Other city beaches such as Condado Beach, Ocean Park and Isla Verde are about a 15 minute drive and are also accessible by bus.

Enjoy Puerto Rico's bounty of natural wonders all within driving distance of Old San Juan, such as El Yunque National Rain Forest where you will find many hiking trails and waterfalls; Puerto Rico's caves, Las Cuevas de Camuy, one of the largest cave systems in the world (tours are available); and much, much more.

Tax Rate 7.0%

The nightly rate will increase to $200/night during Carnival/Las Fiestas de San Sebastian (usually the third weekend of January: Thurs-Sun) and the Security Deposit will be $200.

The rates listed above are for parties of two. We charge an additional $25/night for parties of three during hight season and $20/night during low season.

The $75 cleaning fee and $100 security deposit is for a maximum stay of 3 weeks. These fees will increase for longer stays.

A $30 fee will be charged for check-in between 6pm-10am, as well as arrivals on all major holidays (ie. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Three Kings Day, etc).

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
