The space
Bedroom accommodations are the best! We have a master bedroom with king bed, luxurious linens, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with closet and plenty of storage. There is a private attached bathroom with tub/shower. The bunk bedroom has a door for privacy with custom built queen over queen bunks and brand new premium beds and bedding. There is a half bath in the hallway. The custom built spacious bunks allow this beauty to sleep 8. Brand new comfortable patio lounge furniture! The views from the balcony are amazing!

$90 registration fee on-site for 2 parking permits and 8 property wristbands. (No more than 2 permits are granted)
*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

Important things to know
*Amenities are not included! Guest must pay a 1-time fee of $90 upon arrival for parking permit and wristbands.
*All registered guests occupying the condo must be 21 or older, unless you're a family with children.
*Please NOTE there will be a $500.00 Spring Break deposit and a variable check-in process provided with pre-arrival instructions for those reservations taking place between 03/07-04/15. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage. This does not apply to families with children.
*Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.
