Welcome to Whispering Waves Vacation Rental, located in the sea side community of Deep Bay. This executive ocean front house is newly built and sits on a private lot that overlooks Deep Bay Marina. Experience true west coast living with panoramic ocean views from this luxurious beach house.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Experience west coast living at its finest in this contemporary ocean front vacation rental. A place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the stunning beauty of coastal living. Every detail in this home has been considered to create a warm, welcoming getaway where you can relax and create new memories.

The open concept layout offers a grand entrance with vaulted ceilings, natural wood ceiling beams, floor to ceiling windows, and endless ocean views. The sliding doors along the back of the house open to create an indoor - outdoor living space; creating the ultimate ocean view.

The house has 3 bedrooms that showcase ocean views and give access to the expensive deck overlooking the private beach and marina. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Primary Bed Room: king bed with hotel inspired linens, Smart TV, ensuite with double sinks, heated floors, and an oversized walk in shower. The walk in closet offers ample storage space to accommodate longer term stays.

Second & Third Bedroom: these two bedrooms have queen beds dressed in quality linens, the room is styled with modern furniture.

The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and an island with seating for 4 people. Adjacent to the kitchen island is a dining table that sits 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals and dine in. Step onto the deck to BBQ and share a meal with family and friends. The deck boasts endless views of the ocean and west coast nature.

The coffee machine is a 12 cup brew with carafe. Guests are welcome to enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea is provided.

The second bathroom is located in the hallway near the second and third bedrooms and features heated floors and a tub/shower combo. All bathrooms have heated floors and hot water on demand.

Enjoy watching your favourite movie in the Media Room; a designated room with comfy seating and an extra large TV.

This newly built home is styled with modern furniture and decor to reflect oceanfront living.
The open concept living room features a modern gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and floor - to ceiling windows that fill the space with warmth and natural light. Enjoy a fun filled evening in the great room sitting in front of the fireplace with family and friends.

Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer during their stay. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided.

Location:
Deep Bay is located on the eastside of Vancouver Island. This makes for easy days trips, heading North or South. The Denman Island ferry is only a 10 minute drive from the house. Explore nearby parks, beaches, and hiking trails. There is a restaurant located by the marina for convenience. Just a short stroll down the beach is Mapleguard Point, a great spot for a picnic lunch on the sand and the perfect location to watch the sunset!

Guest access
Guest will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

Guests will receive a custom door code on the day of arrival.

Designated guest parking in the driveway, no parking on the street. Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.

Other things to note
Deep Bay is located on the east coast of Vancouver Island, approximately 80 km (50 miles) north of Nanaimo. It`s accessible via the scenic Highway 19A, situated between Bowser and Fanny Bay.

No pets allowed.

Tap water is safe to drink.

On septic so safety caution must be taken.

We do not provide life jackets or water sports equipment or accessories.

No additional unauthorized guests allowed without prior permission from the host.

No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the house or on the property. The house is surrounded by wild grasses and shrubs that create a potential fire hazard.

Respect the neighbours; No events, beach parties, weddings etc.

No loud music on the deck or beach.

Respect the neighbours, quiet time at 10pm - 8am.

No tenting on the property.

No beach fires; this will result in a $1000 fine from the municipality.

No unapproved recreational vehicles on the property; trailers, campers.

No ATV`s such as Quads, SxS, dirt bikes used on the property or neighbourhood.

No glass on the beach such as wine & liquor bottles.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ after each use. If the BBQ is dirty upon check out, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied to your stay.

Access to the mail box is not available to guests.
