Escape to nature at this charming, comfortable 3-bedroom 1.5 bath cottage, steps away from Stockton Lake. This sparkly clean home is ideal for families, friends, or couples and offers a well-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, dining area, and pellet stove for cold, cozy evenings. The master bedroom host a king size bed, and entrance to the bathroom. Bedroom number 2 contains a queen size bed, full size trundle and a reading chair, with direct access to the deck. Upstairs you'll find the third bedroom with a full size bed, twin bed and a twin trundle. Along with the half bath. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to make meals, including blender, crockpot, griddle, toaster, and toaster oven. In the game room gather to watch the big game, enjoy a round of pool, and darts or play games at the game table. A stocked lake room is ready for some fun in the sun, with yard games, beach towels, coolers and water toys. Two kayaks are also provided for your use. Watch wildlife from the expansive deck, create memories gathered around fire pit, star gaze while relaxing in the hot tub. With 2+acres of land, seasonal lake view. A 1-minute walk down the walking path and you're at the water, perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and all kinds of water fun. This cottage is a nature lover's dream. The deck has an abundance of seating, pellet grill, and stunning views. Welcome to your lakeside escape!

We had a very relaxing visit. The house is beautiful and lots to do. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. We had a couple minor issues at check-in, but Dawn and Mike resolved them quickly. Very lovely place!

We are a middle-aged couple with 4 grown children. Our family is growing, rapidly making it hard to get everyone together for long far away vacations. We purchased Serenity Lakeside Cottage as a close to home getaway, so we could enjoy family time anytime. We live on and run a farm about 30 minutes from the cottage, and while we love the farm it is hard to rest and relax with the amount of work it requires. So, a lake house has been the perfect solution. We love boating, fishing, hunting, jet skiing, kayaking and hanging out by a fire. As we have grandkids it's important to us to create memories at the lake. We love the cottage so much, and since we can't spend all our time there, even though we would like to, it seems a waste to not to let others enjoy it as well. I have always enjoyed hosting people, we love hearing about memories our guest have made at the cottage, we enjoy getting to know our guest and what brings them to the area. Mostly we love hearing that Serenity has given them the same rest and relaxation it brings us.

The cottage is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Although the neighbors are not close, they are friendly, helpful and love the area also. Corps land is on 3 sides of the property, and direct access to the lake makes it perfect for nature lovers. Wildlife is abundant, deer, turkey and fox roam the area. Eagles are often seen flying overhead. We love just hanging out on the deck and watching wildlife.

Serenity Lakeside Cottage is truly a gem. The proximity to Stockton Lake is hard to come by, due to the lake being Corps owned. Stockton Lake offers all the fun and beauty of bigger lakes without the hustle and bustle. The cottage offers a serine feeling the moment you walk in the door, its charm creates a peaceful coziness that feels like coming home. While the house is simple the amenities are abundant, there is a detached game room with pool table, darts and game table, yard games, a massive deck, a hot tub, fire pit with bistro lights, a full laundry and perfectly stocked kitchen. There is something for everyone at Serenity Lakeside Cottage.
