The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all lights, TVs and appliances are turned off. Sign out of all smart device accounts and TVs. Set the thermostat to 72 degrees.
Please close the patio screen and lock patio door.
Do not put used bedding back in the storage bags, leave all used bedding in the respective bedrooms for cleaning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA/community guidelines, all guests 18+ must complete a quick background check before arrival. This process is fast and secure.
No pets are allowed. Emotional support animals are allowed with $500 non-refundable cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit for damages.
No smoking inside the condo, if smoking on the patio, close the patio door to keep the smoke outside of the home. A $250 smoking fine will apply.

The host was great and the condo was clean. However neighbors are very invasive "Demanding" our information upon arrival stopping my husband from entering the unit and his vehicle expressing his disappointment with the homeowners association my children witness vandalism stealing and damaging of AC units while visiting the pool

Please know that guest comfort and privacy are top priorities, and we will continue working closely with the homeowners association to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors. To clarify, the AC units in our community are securely located on the roof, out of reach and not accessible to outsiders. Our community is also gated, with passcodes required to access the property, so guests can feel confident about safety while enjoying their stay. Your feedback is valuable, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to create great experiences for everyone who visits.
