Private Master Suite- spa-like en-suite bathroom with dual vanities & a walk-in shower.
Two Separate Private Bedrooms - Each bedroom has a private entrance by the pool deck. The house was built as a townhome with an attached apartment that is occupied seasonally by the owner with its independent entrance, for long stays the laundry room will be used once a week by owner.

Please leave the key in the key box you found it- instructions to open are given when your booking is received
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No parties or events no allowed. -Smoking / vaping no allowed. -No guests from guests. The house is only for guests registered at the booking.
The house has a wing occupied seasonally by the owner. The owner does not share any common area, it has its own entrance.
For long periods (after two weeks) the laundry room will be close once a week.
