Spend your day lounging poolside on the screened lanai, fishing, or lounging at the freshwater waterfront dock! Outdoor TV allows you to enjoy a good movie or show while in the pool! This adorable vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen, grill, and all the tools needed for a cook! Consider visiting various top dining locations, any of our 3 amazing beach settings in Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Beaches. Like taking in nature....consider a nature walk around Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve! On a super hot day visit our local waterpark Sunsplash which is only 10 minutes from this property! You will love the morning sunrises and want to make this an annual retreat! Centrally located and close to shopping, dining and all kinds of activities!!! Washer and dryer on site. Our goal is for you to feel right at home!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Grill- clean the grill after use with the cleaning tool provided. DO NOT USE WIRE BRISTLES ON GRILL! $25 cleaning fee if grill is not cleaned, and $100 if wire bristles are found in grill.
PLEASE take the hose and add water to the pool if you see the water getting below the tile line. Let it run, it could take 2 hours depending on how low it gets. Typically needed Sept - May
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking outside of screened area only please.
Tenants will review and return signed Pool Waiver at time of booking
