The host communication was very good. Check in was easy and check out was super easy. Location of the room was great and it was a great size. There is a tv in every bedroom and living room. There were plenty of nice towels and starter supplies. The beds were comfortable and nice pillows. The condo its self needs a lot of repair and upgrades. Most lamps didn’t work or were broken The master bathroom door was almost off the hinges and doesn’t close properly. There were very old; glass coffee table and kitchen table with fake plants under table. All of which doesn’t go well with small children. The condo needs a good cleaning down deep. We booked this one because the first one we booked cancelled due to a water issue. Unless this one has some serious repairs and upgrades I would probably not book this one again. The play area at the condo is fantastic for little kids. The main reason we booked this condo.

Thank you for such a detailed review, and for all the kind words about our communication, the towels, the beds and the play area. We are sorry the condo itself needed so much attention. We have passed along the lamps, the master bathroom door, the tables and the need for a deep cleaning to our property team. We are also sorry your first booking was cancelled. We hope to welcome you back for a much better stay. Brett-Robinson Vacation Rentals

Great location, not so great accommodations

Overall the condo was decent. While it was dated, there was plenty of room. The balcony and view was great. As were the pool and splash pad. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bed advertised as a queen turned out to be a full. Another issue was with the cleanliness of the unit. There was mold behind the toilets. And the nightstands and other furniture had a lot of debris behind and under them like they had not been cleaned in some time. The complex itself was in a good location, however it had a variety of unpleasant smells varying from “arm pit” to “wet dog”. The elevators were at the top of the list of complaints. During beach times, just take the stairs. Take your stuff to your car the night before checkout. It is hopeless to catch an elevator. The buggies do not do well on the stairs.

We’ll take your comments seriously and work on addressing these concerns. Your experience is important to us, and we hope to improve for future guests. Thank you again for your input.
