Deje que mi condominio de un dormitorio, bien equipado y mantenido, sea su primera opción cuando busque el lugar perfecto para quedarse durante unas merecidas vacaciones o una escapada rápida.
La cocina totalmente equipada tiene todo lo necesario para preparar un poco de marisco local o simplemente disfrutar de una pizza para llevar. Trae tus tazas de K favoritas para el Keurig.
Los televisores de pantalla plana del dormitorio y la sala de estar tienen disponibilidad de transmisión en vivo utilizando sus propias cuentas preferidas de Netflix, Hulu, etc. WIFI mejorado y actualizado está incluido y no es estándar en todas las unidades.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size de lujo y un sofá cama en la sala de estar es ideal para un niño pequeño o dos.
La lavadora y secadora grandes se encargarán de todas las toallas de playa que traigas. Toda la ropa de cama, baño y toallas de cocina se proporcionan. También se proporciona un pequeño paquete de inicio de un rollo de papel higiénico, toalla de papel, jabón de manos y de baño, jabón para lavar platos y polvo.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach. The room was as listed and perfect for our family of 4. The location was further from things than what we were used to. Check in and checkout was a seamless process. I loved that this unit had a reserved underground parking spot in the garage. It was nice to go to the car in the evening and it not be miserable from the heat.

Great chance to get away

My wife and I finally got a chance to get away, just the two of us, for our 20th Anniversary. This condo was just the right size and pretty much had all that we needed, since most of the time either on the beach or out in town. The place was very clean, and we'll kept. The elevators of the building itself were a bit of a running joke to most of the folks we ran into around the complex, but the condo itself was wonderful. Would happily rent again if we ever had the chance.

Felt right at home!!

Loved this well maintained one bedroom condo! Had everything in the kitchen I could have possibly needed, LOVE the backsplash!! The splash pad on property kept the kids safe and having the best time, for hours!!!! Other than filling up the huge refrigerator, we didn't have to leave the property for anything except the food. Amenities in the building are a plus, loved the new exercise room. Family had so much fun on the Pirate Ship Cruise and we love the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. All we needed was MORE TIME>

Enjoyable

This was first time coming to Orange Beach very beautiful. I was upset we couldn’t use our balcony. This is one thing we were looking forward to doing and wasn’t told until we were on our way that the balcony was closed. I probably would not have booked the condo if I would have known that. Other than that it was very nice and clean.

Lied about construction it was so loud!!!!!!! Dust allover the patio!

We arrived later in the evening and the next morning the construction was so loud we would not hear ourself talking. They would not move us, would not discount the stay. They said they had sent me a text stating there would be construction. We never got the text. There was an email I had to go dig out from some real estate agency. I never got a message on the Vrbo site, which is where I would have looked about any messages regarding the condo in this day. I paid over $20000 for a week of construction!! Terrible liars! We have been to gulf shores numerous times. We have used vrbo many times. This is the first negative review. They construction was sooooo very loud we had to leave from 8am-5pm daily. There as dust all over the balcony! My kids cried and asked to please leave once the construction started everyday! The staff and management didn’t care we had to endure the loud banging everyday. It sounded like a Jack happier was hitting out walls everyday! Watch out for this one!!!!!!!!

It's important for guests to be informed about any disruptions before they arrive, and it's unfortunate that you did not receive the message. However, it's great to hear that you were able to retrieve the email from the real estate agency. Additionally, it's important to recognize that construction work can be noisy and disruptive, but it's also a necessary part of maintaining and improving properties. It's possible that the management did everything they could to minimize the impact of the construction on your stay, such as scheduling work during the day when most guests were out, or providing earplugs or noise-cancelling devices. Furthermore, I'm glad to hear that you have had positive experiences with VRBO and Gulf Shores in the past. It's always disappointing when a negative experience ruins an otherwise enjoyable vacation. I hope that you will consider returning to Gulf Shores in the future, and that your next stay will be a more positive one. We do hope that you would give us another chance in the future. Beautiful and very clean

Beautiful condo, great property!

Love the condo, great appliances and furniture. The building as a whole is great as well. Splash pad for the kids and plenty of grills for dad. PLUS, it is the shortest walk to the beach I've ever had from a condo. My family would definitely stay here again.

WOW!

A quick getaway in an incredible condo! The unit was immaculate, LOVED the ship lap wall in the dining room, so coastal. Wine on the balcony watching the sun set made for a perfect evening! Will ask for # 714 again!!!!!

The Franklins

My wife and I have been staying at Phoenix5 for about ten years. We have stayed in various condo's over these years. Unit 714 is by far the best unit we have stayed in. We stayed there 10 days last Oct and 7 days May 2016. Love the 2 new recliners. Great looking new floor. Up keep is great. Love the Keurig coffee maker. We fill at home when we stay here. Hope to be back again later this year. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us. We love all the good seafood at the gulf.

PERFECTION

My wife and our 2 and 3 year old son came to visit your unit this past summer. Not only was the unit pristine, but the staff and employees were top-notch. We found the unit to be the perfect space to accommodate our growing family. No details have been missed, from the stainless appliances, to the keurig coffee machine. The pull-out couch made for relaxing evenings with the children and the balcony allowed my wife and I to enjoy an adult beverage while listening to the waves crash down. The Phoenix condo's have left a full slate of activities, all within the safety and security of the condo. My children spent HOURS slipping and sliding on the splash pad. When they weren't there, they took a swim in the large outdoor swimming pool. A few days, we ventured out to the beach to collect shells. All in all, I found this trip to be spectacular. The owners, who might I add are easy on the eyes, checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and thanked us for our stay. The owners have figured out how to create a home for us, tucked away in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We will be returning again.
