- Unit entry on the ground level with both bedrooms located on the second floor of the unit; not suitable for persons unable to climb stairs
- Kitchen features oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, rice cooker, blender, cookware and tableware
- Master bedroom with 1 king bed (bed is adjustable with remotes) and master bath with large soaking tub and free-standing shower
- Guest bedroom with 1 queen bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo
