OCEAN FRONT BEAUTY! Intimate 20 unit complex. Feast your palate with this ocean front condo in the heart of Kailua Kona's "surf city". Spectacular early morning and evening sunset views awaits. There is a surf beach to infront of the property, sandy beach is available one mile from the property at White Sand Beach.

The master suite is a sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom opens up to the living room or can be closed off by a bamboo shoji screen. The second bedroom, with another king bed, is perfect for guests or family members. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with modern fixtures and designer touches. The living area also features a couch with a double size and a love seat with a single size sleeper both with memory foam mattress accommodating up to two additional guests. Two small beaches on each end of the property, one is called Banyan Beach. These beaches are only for surfing.

Known as the "gold coast" of Kona, the reefs right in front of our condo are filled with a variety of sea life! You can spot turtles and "yellow tang" right from the living room or lanai. Snorkelers and divers can see the colorful parrot fish, humuhumunukunukapua'a (Hawaii's famous state triggerfish), the graceful surgeonfish, butterflyfish and angelfish as they glide through the vibrant coral reefs. Keep an eye out for moray eels lurking in crevices and playful octopuses. If you're lucky you might even see a shy reef shark cruising in the distance or witness the majestic humpback whales during their winter migration. They underwater world right in front of the condo is truly a paradise for ocean lovers!

Nice Oceanfront open space for family gathering next door. Also great to do your yoga or to have some alone time. Owners like very quiet and added two feet of blow in insulation to ceiling.
