Beautiful spacious home fully-furnished w/new furniture, central air, 3 spacious bedrooms, King Master Bedroom with own full bath, 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and sleeps 2, third bedroom has two full size and two twin size bunk beds. Sleeps 4 or more. Office and family room both have queen pullouts and each sleeps 2, 3 full baths, Dining Room that seats up to 12, laundry room with brand new/washer and dryer, cable TV WiFi, 16x36 in-ground salt water pool, outdoor grill, patio w/retractable awning large fenced yard w/shade -perfect for entertaining for families w/children! Off street parking for 4 cars. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, train, restaurants; downtown shopping. Free trolley transportation all summer.
Watch fireworks from backyard every Thursday night. Rates: $5,500 per week, 10,500 for 2 weeks, and $25,500 per month. Dogs considered with owner approval. All linens, cookware, dishes, utensils provided.

Great house for our family vacation!

Donna was great to work with in renting her property for the week. House was perfect for our size family. Beautiful back yard with a huge pool was a perfect ending after being at the beach for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Pt Pleasant 2018

We had a lovely stay in Pt. Pleasant. Everything worked out very well. The house is well maintained and the pool was Awesome!! Our children had such a nice time. We would enjoy the beach early and then the pool. And of course they all loved the boardwalk. We look forward to visiting here again. Thanks again Donna and Rich for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I grew up in North Jersey and wanted to get here so our children can come down and visit and spend some great times here.

Why they chose this property

Purchased this home because we love Point Pleasant Beach and the area is so convenient to live in. It is walking distance to anything you want or need including, restaurants, shopping, banking, entertainment and most of all, walking distance to beach and boardwalk. We are across the street from neighborhood park as well. Fanatastic location!
