This listing has just been established. It’s clean with fresh paint, hardwood floors, original 1950’s tile, fenced backyard, original local artwork, ample storage, and fully modern kitchen. With 1 queen and 2 full beds (additional mattresses if needed), all guests will have a peaceful, comfortable stay. Enjoy exceptional air conditioning/heating, full kitchen, free WiFi, washing machine/dryer. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, gels, first aid kit, linens and shower/tub. This was an awesome first stay with VRBO! Kim was a model host who was always available and helped me with things even outside of the VRBO as my family needed to find a place to rent after our lease ended in the town over! If I could have stayed longer, I honestly would have! The neighborhood is safe and friendly, and the home is extremely well kept! Don’t miss out on the chance to stay here! It’s a phenomenal experience!

Why they chose this property

My parents chose the neighborhood over 60 years ago for the school district (still great!) and the convenient location to Dallas. They wanted a suburban lifestyle for their family. The area has certainly lived up to their expectations.

What makes this property unique

The original hardwood floors, 1950’s tile work and original local artwork help this home stand out. This ranch style cottage can take you back in time to a more relaxed slower paced lifestyle. All this for the price of a single hotel room!
